Having had my air source heat pump installed by another company which no longer is. I noticed that the water was not heating up so I called a local company ACRC out of hours who got me in touch with Trevor and Austin. Both were really understanding of my situation and assisted me over the phone with some trouble shooting which worked. I will definitely be going back to ACRC for their business and expertise. A fault with my workshop A/C prompted a call to ACRC. An engineer attended very quickly and identified the problem. As a result I decided to replace the very old unit and update to a more efficient one.
The new installation was quick, very neat and extremely professional.

Just had 2x domestic air con units installed. Very quick and efficient quote and install process, guys did a great job very neat and tidy, no mess left behind. Very competitive price compared to other companies, and could tell the whole team was very experienced.

We were delighted with the whole process from the helpful advice we were given by Trevor about which air conditioning units would best suit our requirements to the installation. Edward and Kyle did a superb job with the installation. They arrived on time, were very respectful of our property and did a really neat and tidy job inside and out. The end result is a discreet installation and it has made a huge difference being comfortable no matter what the temperature outside is like.

From start to finish, ACRC were brilliant. We were looking for three air conditioning units for our house. The quote was handled professionally and was competitive. Every detail was carefully explained and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or place a deposit. On the day of install, all went like a well oiled machine. Three Engineers (they were engineers and not simply fitters) arrived spot on the agreed time and nothing was too much trouble. It is rare today to find people who want to find a solution rather than a problem that cannot be dealt with. The engineers worked for the complete day (even through it was raining) until the work was done and not a speck of dust was left, inside or out. The units were demonstrated, in detail, to ourselves, even down to how to clean the filters and a hefty instruction book left for us to read. The invoice arrived with a 30 day pay period. Professional from start to finish. I have to state that I have no connection with ACRC, but am one very satisfied customer.
