This review is specific to a call I had today with an advocate, Jennifer G.

My call was for the purpose of adding new charges to my account. Jennifer was very polite and conversational, taking me through each step of the process, and explained everything in a very complete and understandable way. I also appreciate the extra information Jennifer gave me about who has control over how borrowing terms are set.

10/10 I hope every other advocate I speak with in the future is this knowledgeable and easy to work with as Jennifer G.

This company is a bunch of crooks. You make your payment they give you a confirmation number. Then they wait until 7 days later and say oh your payment didn’t go through a number on your bank account was wrong. So now it’s been 7 days so where going to charge you 20 dollars for a late fee. And this happens time and time again. This is how they make there money. CROOKS ALL THE WAY AROUND stray as far away from this company as you can. They will rob you blind every way you turn. Look at the reviews on the better business bureau website. There r ratings on there are 2.8. Crooks

Extremely rude customer service they were arguing with me and won't even accept my payment method. They said they don't accept credit card payments yet that's how Ive been making them for 3 years with St. Lukes.
