This theatre is a rare gem of a space. It has the feeling of a theatre where wonderful work has been performed. A perfect opportunity in either the black box space or the other more flexible space. As far as theatre spaces go in Manhattan, of this size, few are as worth it as Access.

It does not live up to the name, wow. You need to access it by going up four flights of stairs and you are on top of other neighbors here. Overall the space was very shabby and poor in terms of air quality and space. Would definitely recommend it be renamed to barely access theater as it is not ADA accessible whatsoever!

This theater is a little tricky to find, tucked away in the middle of a block. You need to be able to climb four double-flights of stairs to get to the theater, so come ready for that. Enjoyed Watchers by Sam Graber.
