not a great place to work with. the recruiters feed you lines and never return your call and often have very low quality jobs. it's ridiculous.. I am beginning to think, working as a recruiter doesn't require much education or experience at all.

The absolute worst employment agency I've ever encountered. I submitted my resume for an office position and was immediately contacted by Steve Webber. He called and text me for a couple of days all in preparation for the interview he was sending me to. Everything seemed fine until the day I interviewed. All went well with the owners and was told they will contact me within a few days to let me know if I got the job, as they were interviewing other candidates. I updated Steve and he told me he will contact the owner for feedback and let me know if he had other positions that would be a good fit. Long story short, after texting and calling him everyday for two weeks, I never heard from Steve again. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I did infact hear from the owner I interviewed with about two and a half weeks later, asking if I was still interested, but I declined, as I had already found something else. I will never work with this agency again or recommend them. Zero communication or follow up.

I do not have enough words to describe how helpful and diligent Candace Feldman from Access Staffing was when I was looking for positions to advance in my legal career. She was also super helpful, responsive, professional and extremely nice during the entire process until I got the employment offer. Candace was a joy to work with. I was not diligently looking for a job but decided I'd hear what she had in mind. When she suggested a face time call, I knew that she was a forward-thinker and aware of time constraints since I had a fairly busy schedule. When we spoke, I immediately felt at home and knew that I was in good hands. She was very easy to talk to and was always prompt at responding to any of my questions. Ultimately, I landed the job of my dreams. After receiving the job offer, Candace proved that she was not just interested in having a position filled--she was looking out for the best interest of the employer as well as me. AMAZING! They worked with me on my resume for hours. I was set up with a temp job right away, but it didn't work out. So a week later, they scheduled an interview for me with a law firm! It was a much better fit for me. Before my interview, I went to Access staffing and was prepped. It helped a lot because I got the job! I highly recommend Access Staffing. They keep in touch and really care about where you end up. I was in constant contact with John, Steve and Frank. Their confidence in me is what got me my job. They don't just get you a job, they coach you on how to act during an interview, and what to put on your resume. Thanks so much!

Ric Boltz was helpful in the beginning, very short in terms of his responses. You can tell he doesn't really care about the people that go to access staffing for help. In short, he never got back to me with a response after I went on an interview. I wouldn't say this is the most professional place because being thorough and honest with prospective job hunters is the job of a recruiter. I get that they can't help everyone, but a response would leave it's reputation in better standing rather than never hearing from them again or never getting a follow up that states whether or not they'll continue to help you.

Candace Feldman is amazing!!! I have already referred her to a few friends. She absolutely makes you feel like a superstar and ensures that you are placed in an environment that is a perfect fit for you and the organization. She understands that your job is a second home therefore you need to be happy and fulfilled, and this is exactly what Candace did for me. I had very specific requirements and she made sure that my requests were met. One interview and the rest is history, no running around to multiple places and interviews. Working with Candace makes you feel as if you have found a new friend with numerous connections. She keeps in touch even after you have found your job to check in on your acclimation in your new position, which gives you a great feeling.
