Dear Future Renters,
I wanted to share how much I appreciate Gina, the manager here at Access Apartments in Rohnert Park. I needed help finding a safe place for my 23 year old daughter to live who was just starting out on her own.

Gina was a tremendous help with the application process and understanding how hard it is to find a place that will accept first time renters. In addition to my daughter signing the application for the lease, I needed to co-sign for the lease as well.

Although I had been through this process at other properties in Rohnert Park, I was never treated as respectfully as Gina treated us. She believed in me and my family and gave us a chance. This meant the world to me, especially since we were turned away by other property managers in this area.

Today is our last day on this beautiful property after staying for a wonderful 2 years where all of our living needs were met by Gina and her amazing staff. We have cleaned our unit and left it as beautiful as it was when my daughter moved in.

It means so much to be trusted and given a chance in this world. My daughter has since met the love of her young life and is moving to be with him. We will always appreciate how much Gina has meant to us when we needed help and trust.

As I will be moving out in a couple of days from my apartment at Access @Rohnert Park to relocate, I would like to share the great experience I have had here. Access @ Rohnert Park is in a wonderful community, friendly people and great amenities! Gina in Property Management is amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful. She walked me along the process of renting the apartment and assisted me with all my needs while my stay at Access. Go, find her if you need a new place! She will take care of you and make the moving process smooth!

So, I've seen all the previous bad reviews and all I can say is that, for me, that place was wonderful. The apartment and the facilities were clean and functional, the location is totally walkable, and the landscaping is to die for. These small apartments fill a niche that I couldn't find anywhere else in the whole area for the price. I had one problem with my garbage disposal that was fixed immediately. Finally, the manager, Gina, is a warm and caring person and made the experience even better. I finally found a place to buy, but I will always have fond memories of my time here.

This place is HORRIBLE. The office lost our move in paperwork showing all the damages to the apartment before moving in. They refused to fix any of the damages the apartment had, even the buckling and rising floor. Not only that but when we moved to our new place, Gina claimed they had "lost" our paperwork with the damages and they ended up charging our full deposit. We kept this apartment in IMMACULATE shape. Now that we are trying to resolve this issue, Gina has not responded to me once and now im sending physical copies of emails and forms in to get their attention. This has gone on for too long and I would advise everyone to stay clear of this place. Theres a reason the 3 companies that had owned it over the time of me living there had all sold the place. It's really that bad

I have had a bad experience & unprofessional staff my first, not even 30 days here. I signed my lease 3/27/21 & have reached out to management regarding why my move in & deposit cashiers check has not been credited to my rent account. & a balance of $709 that is not mine. I have called the office, left voicemails , sent emails, called to get a status on this issue. & I’ve only received a “I did reach out to my manager she’s looking into it”. This was a few weeks ago. This is all over the course of end of March 2021 into first wk in April & to today. & I received a notice on my door that I owe $709 last week & what the reason is I cannot pay my rent. I should have never received this notice.

I still have not received any further response or correction to my account at this location. How can someone live comfortably in a place like this that you’re supposed to call & make “home”. I’ve only asked to please look into this and fix what errors were made by the management office here with my account & to credit my account the check total of $657 ($257 prorated rent +$500 deposit - hold fee of $100= $657.00 total) that was requested from me in writing (lease contract & welcome letter)+(April 2021 free month). Lease signed & all was reviewed & check taken from me on 3/27/2021.

No, just no. Trust me... no! New management is *attempting* to turn this place around, but they can’t fix the buildings themselves. These are built soooo poorly. Every single move and flinch and word your neighbor says, you will hear. There are NO WINDOWS unless you have a corner unit. Everything is falling apart since week one. It has been a year and there are NOOOO amenities even though they advertise every amenity in the book, but that still wouldn’t fix how awful the building itself is! I’ve had quiet neighbors who just sneeze or cough, or run the faucet and I hear EVERY SECOND OF IT. The street nearby has people racing down it the whole time. The windows don’t cut out any noise and the doors have gaps to allow massive spiders in..... Just no!

I have lived here for over 6 months and have had an amazing experience with management and maintence. They are very professional and any time I have called, I received a timely response in return. The apartments are small, but they are designed to utilize every square inch. My daughter and I were surrounded by great neighbors and created so many fun memories. Close access to good food and my favorite grocery store, Oliver’s. The amenities are currently being renovated and when they are finished I’m sure they will look beautiful. The bonuses are the washer/dryer in unit, air conditioning and fully renovated space with high end appliances. I have thoroughly enjoyed my living experience here.
