It is a husband and wife team, they are professional, courteous, and friendly. They will do as much as they can to help a customer.
I have been dealing with them for over 25 years, never had a bad experience.

For those negative reviewers of Access Ins.. they should figure out that a selling agent is NOT a claims representative.

I wish I could leave zero stars for this insurance company. As of April 12th a neighbor of mine backed into my vehicle, we both agreed not to call authorities due to the fact that nobody was injured.
My neighbor gave me his insurance information whom we spoke to that day they provided us with a claim number and told us in 24-48 hours an appraiser would contact us and come out to give us and appraisal.
It is now may 19th AND nobody has gotten back to ME, I have called several times and left several voicemails to the lady who was supposed to give us a call/visit for our appraisal & I have also left voicemails and sent several emails to the supervisor. Neither of them have gotten back to me. They decided may 5th to send me a bunch of letters all on the same day stating that they have been trying to contact me and I'm not getting back to them?!?! Nobody has attempted to contact me. I think after I left a angry voicemail stating I will be contacting aABC news about this to share my store, that made them send me a email about them trying to reach me, because I know for a fact nobody has attempted to called or email me back about my claim. I warn everyone to stay away from this insurance as you are not really paying for coverage they will not be there for you in times that you will need them.

Lady that hit me was found at fault, but I can't get ahold of Access to make a statement so I'm going to have to pay for the deductible for my repairs to get done since I'm tired of breathing in carbon monoxide exhaust fumes everyone I start my car. Thanks! Also it says you're open until 5 how about answering the phone when I call at 2?
