Terrible experience trying to find a place to rent. Absolutely a waste of time! I’m not going to name the realtor but the least he could do if he didn’t have time for a customer looking to rent would be try to connect him with another realtor within the company. I spent $25 on a tenant report which the realtor filled out the income part wrong and there’s no way to fix it. Do yourself a favor and don’t get the tenant report until you find a place you like and submit all the paperwork then.
