Si pudiera darle cero estrellas lo haria mi esperiencia con estas oficinas es pesima llevo 10 meses repito 10 meses exigiendo un reembolso que no tenían porque cobrar mi hija tiene seguro médico y aun así me cobraron la consulta porque si no,no la atenderian llame a su aseguranza y me dijeron que no tenia que haber cobrado cuando le reclamo me dijeron que me regresarian el dinero en 4 meses si 4 meses y llevo 10 esperando esperando la jefa de no se quien atienda un correo que le enviaron hace meses para que me puedan regresar mi dinero que pasa con esas personas tengo que esperar otros 10 meses o con quien me tengo que dirigir hoy llame a la oficina y me cuelgan regrenme mi dinero eso es lo que pido

They give you a thin paper card for scale they don't tell you it's your job to know when the year is up ma Jackson never returns phone calls it's a embarrassment to the medical community....but I never had a bad physician while I've been there all 3 have been steller but they leave I wonder why!;

Need to better monitor there clinics. Access clinics turning patients away forcing them to do telehealth appointments to then have them come in to do labs . which makes no sence because in order to do labs a provider needs to be available . So why not just scheduled my child when the provider is there. Will chage clinic soon!

Love Dr. MANALO...the facility and staff leave little to be desired. Everything I call, evidentally I am a burden. I never received a call back for x Ray results, then I called and "there were no Dr.'s working" that day...?!!! The women answering the phones are useless. It is unfortunate because I do like the Doctor. Oh well.

Another bad experience. The doctors are great but the staff... from the receptionist to the call center, HORRIBLE customer service. I called and spoke with scheduling today, she was rude as heck and then hung up on me. I absolutely HATE interacting with anyone but the doctors when it comes to Access. I will no be a patient here.

The message on their voicemail (which I got during working hours) is hard to understand if we even got the right number until I Googled it then it says they are closed 2 out of 5 days a week?!
