Pésima experiencia el lunes me
Sentía mal de la garganta y oído y el doc que me tocó dijo esta muy rojo ambas pero simplemente dijo espera al resultado y te hablaremos oh te mándanos una carta … llame el día de ayer y simplemente dijo el que contesto ok mandaré un mensaje y asta el día de hoy ni si quiera me llamaron ?

I had the worst experience at this clinic these people are not clear with what they need for proof of income . I brought in my awards letter , the only one I’ve ever received! They said they wanted an updated one which I do not receive every year like the claim. I received one letter 8 years ago and have never received another letter , never! I went back and forth 3 times with these people 3 times! I will seek dental help elsewhere! What a horrible clinic to deal with.
Horrible customer service and these people are not equipped to deal with the public in any way shape or form.

This was the most horrendous dental appointment I’ve ever had to endure. First I asked for laughing gas for the extraction procedure. They refused even though they give it for kids. Dr. Said if it hurts let us know and we’ll stop. I yelled stop and she would not stop. I have terrible anxiety to begin with about dental work. I will not ever go there again.

These people are horrible. My wife needs prior authorization to get her medications and Paige Fricke has ghosted her. She has not returned her calls or calls from the pharmacy and now my wife doesn’t have the meds she needs. They don’t do their jobs and then blame the patients for their error. Thanks to my wife’s pharmacy, she is with a much better agency and no longer has to deal with their incompetence.
