Important History
8/31/21 AC Cowboys came by today to do Preventative Maintenance on my old rheum AC. They take care of failing items before our unit breaks down and let me know our units condition. My old Rheem from 2003 was starting to leak freon. I decided to replace.
8/31/2021 I had AC Cowboys come and replace my Rheem. Matt and the crew did a really nice neat job replacing my old one with a New Bryant ac.
9/18/2024 Mike C came by today and did a complete Preventative Service to our 3 year old unit. We have had PM service before by AC Cowboys but this time was different. Their Tech Mike recommended an Air Knight Air purification system to add to my unit. We lately had been picking an odor in the house (possibly Dog odor) My wife said it was an old man odor. unsure but it was there. I called Twila in Mid December 2024 to inquire about the Air Knight System. I wanted to know more about this Air Purification System and if i really need what the Tech recommended. To my surprise Twila had photos of my 3 year old inside Air Handler Cabinet.

I saw the photos and was shocked that I did not respond to the Techs recommendation sooner.MY Bad. Our 3 year old unit had mold and mildew inside and was nasty. I am so happy Twila had access to the photos of the inside of my air handler. AC Cowboys wasn't just recommending Air Knight System to enhance there bottom line. I really needed Air Knight system and a deep cleaning of the inside my unit.I decided to give the go ahead for instillation of Air Knight and two uv lights on my ac coils.

12/31/2024 David came out and did the instillation and deep cleaning to our unit. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.
Our AC has been running about 2 hours now and the odor is gone and the old man and the dog are still here.

Conclusion.
I have always been happy with AC Cowboys professionalism work no matter which tech comes out. I recommend them to my friends proudly. My friends have never complained to me and I always hear how professional they were and a very good price too.
Moral of the story

The dog and the old man get to stay inside!

This is an awesome company ! I had seen their truck and realized their business was close to mine , when I was looking for a new A/C service and repair to do my business unit ! The old saying is that necessity makes us move faster than other motives proved true when on a Saturday afternoon my unit went out ! It gets warm fast in my business , we groom dogs ! They were spot on calling me back promptly within 10 minutes ! We met the next morning to get it started again ,a give me an extensive evaluation, with a reasonable estimate ! Sean and Riley were great!! Diagnosed the issue quickly made repairs and explained their work. 5/20 and 5/21/24 two different issues. Called for service within 2 hrs got a return call and service tech David was on site. Repairs made quickly then had another issue on different unit. Unable to work on due to ice build up so returned today found issue repaired also did preventative part replacement to save another service call. Great job Thank you!! I guess this has been the week for AC issues at our church. We have had three different calls for three different units for three different issues. This last time our technician was Matt the owner who diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the problem fan motor and now the unit is working fine thank you again. So I call today 7/22/24 for unit 28 thermostat not working. Within 1.5 hr Matt arrived and the issue was diagnosed. Wow this company is great!! Always provide prompt and quality service!!
