They used to be good and dependable, not sure what happened to them. They installed my AC some four years ago. About three weeks ago it quit working, so they came out and fixed it (charged me $377). Two days later it broke again. They came out a second time and did something else, got it working. And two days later it stopped working again (for the third time). They came out again, did something else to get it running, and now three days later it has quit working for the forth time. They were supposed to come out this afternoon to try fixing it this afternoon, it is now five o'clock on Friday and they haven't showed up. I called the office, and of course they are gone for the weekend. What a joke!! I have never seen anything like it. And like I said, I used to recommend them.

As a follow-up, the BACARR tech did finally show up at 6pm on Friday and worked on the AC for three hours. He did get it running again (charged me another $267). However, four days later it quit working again----for the fifth time. So I finally called another company (sometimes loyalty is dumb). The new company came right out, discovered the drainage pipe was 90% clogged causing the water to back up and turn off the automatic shutoff (the BACARR tech had assured me this was the first thing he checked). The new tech totally cleaned out the drainage pipe and the system has been running GREAT ever since. I wasted $644 with BACARR, and they never got it to work. Sounds to me like a court case

I called to get an estimate and they happen to be able to come right over after a job in the neighborhood that day. The estimator on the spot, wrote me a complete scope of work including the rooftop unit in my five story condo building, included in the quote for the crane to remove the old and replace the new condensing unit on the roof. The new air handler and all the code upgrades required to replace my 25-year-old unit as well as cleaning the ducts and swapping out two electric panel breakers and a TEN Year Warranty were all thoroughly included for a great low price!

After letting him know that I thought that was a good price, he let me know that the cost and time to pull the permit from the city of Bradington where included. Even though we already agreed to the price, before he left he said “oh yeah, I knew I forgot something, we will replace your thermostat with a brand new one also at no extra charge! I asked how long it would take and how soon he could get to it. He said he could complete the entire project in one single day and could squeeze me in in just two days away.
It turned out that they had to postpone one day later. The mechanic who did the work, John, what is extremely neat, methodical and thorough in performing all of the work just as the estimator had quoted it.

I was able to watch as they perform the work and to my amazement, I never had to make any suggestions or comments, even though I have 30 years experience supervising construction operations!

I called to get advice on my ac not keeping up , the salesman sold me a new unit 1/2 ton larger than my current unit ( only 1 year old) , they have been back 5 times to add ,subtract coolant , put in a new intake and last time the owner cane out he said the unit is working “ perfectly “ . Here is the problem it still isn’t holding temp , my electric bill is climbing ( up $50 since installation) and nothing but excuses and nothing they can do Saying I need more insulation in attic which may be true but they could have told me to try that instead of selling me a $6000 new unit and I still have the same issues . I would NOT recommend this company they did NOT do any of the things the salesman promised and now won’t answer my calls . Feeling ripped off !! Also they don’t participate in FPL rebate programs so another $150 I lost by choosing this company . Stay away !

If I could give negative stars I would! Stay away from this business! I should have posted this years ago. Awful service, awful, sloppy, nonprofessional technicians. We purchased a brand new unit from them about 12 years ago and we’ve had nothing but problems with it. Within months of the warranty expiring we needed a new compressor. We’ve had other AC companies come service our AC after that and we were told it was an awful unit, too small for our house, not worth the money we spent on it. At that point we had paid well over $5000 for it back then, plus thousands for subsequent repairs. know I should have done my own research and compared pricing and companies, but that doesn’t mean xxuse the quality of service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you do, be warned. You will be sorry! It’s too late for me now, but do your research. Price shop. Look at reviews. Be a smart shopper. Don’t make the same mistakes I did.

I rent and if my landlords didn't have this contract I would be using a different company. It's been a HELL of a summer in FL and that is no excuse for a malfunctioning unit. Only 6 yrs old still in warranty but parts are delayed, 6 weeks to the day from a maintenance check and the ac unit is still not keeping anything below °78. Never again when your done trying your tricks I'll pay out of pocket for a different company. I don't say these things lightly because I own my own business, but I've never had this much go around with any other business!!! Annoyed beyond these words.

Driver in a small white bacarr work van was driving behind me and driving so aggressively, beeping his horn at me, flicking me off, and I’m not at all sure why? I am 7 months pregnant with an 18 month old baby in my backseat. If the driver is this unprofessional on the road I literally could not imagine having him into my home to do business for me. 10/10 would not recommend.

My neighbor had a new AC installed and the Bacarr truck drove, parked and put ruts in the new grass I am trying to grow. Also did not ask me if they could park on my lot.

Long story short this company is a joke and the ac men they have working for them are dismissive and not qualified by any means go else where. Today my landlord hired this company to send a ac repair man out to our house that is currently at 87 degrees. Our ac hasn’t been cooling properly for awhile as our house will be set on 74 and the temperature will be 81 in the house all day. At night time the unit starts cooling where it finally starts to get to the programmed setting around 2am. Usually we have managed but at this time the temperature in the house is getting to 87 degrees during the day time and only cooling to 80 now at night my wife is 8 months pregnant so this isn’t acceptable. The ac guy they sent out hosed off the ac unit and told us to change the filter and that he fixed the problem I questioned him multiple times and he was very dismissive with me acting like I’m an idiot. I’ve remodeled houses for over 4 years and was a mechanic for 2 years I may not be an ac repair tech but I am very knowledge. As I already knew the problem was not fixed as the house is 87 degrees still. It was a waste of money hiring this company after my experience today I do not know if it’s even a legit company seems like a bunch of scam artist to me collecting service checks and doing nothing.
