I would absolutely love to give this company a 0 star review. They will never help you. You can call all you want submit emails and complaints and it will take a week to get back to you. But there quick to charge you for anything. Peter is a rep of there’s and I hope nobody has to speak with him. I’ve never worked with any business that has a rep intentionally trying to talk over you and dismiss anything you say. I cannot emphasize this enough, find another company to help you with this. they only will speak with you about getting money from you. There not here to help. They take advantage of every customer.

Their customer service is terrible. I had my device taken out by another provider and I've been much, much happier and it's more affordable and I can actually speak to someone on the phone when I call!

If I could give a zero stars I would. There are so many loop holes and hidden fees it is rape. Just a heads up if you receive any violations they are charged separately, as well as the monthly fees everything. Each on a separate invoice. Even the cost of the app is charged separately every month. If somehow the automatic payment declines for each of those charges, they add an additional $35 for each decline charge. I had money in the bank and supposedly it didn’t go through for all of them So you can imagine the cost. They insisted I call my bank. My bank says everything was fine. The moment I manually paid for those invoices, the payment went through big question mark. You can get a violation For simply eating a yogurt, five minutes prior to taking your test. I was told to drink water before I blow if I had Eaten anything, Later I was told to rinse with water 15 to 20 minutes before blowing after eating. I was also told it’s my fault for the violations due to the device being faulty because I was warned it would fail for contaminates (food or non alcohol drink) there’s is no way to win this faulty device. Your PO has no way to tell if your were violated for alcohol or not so your a double loser at that point. This last week the device needed an early Collaboration after my battery died For supposedly violations. These devices have killed my battery the night I got them, customer support says it’s impossible even though it continues to happen, they say it isn’t the device but what are the odds it happens right after I have it installed? I was told by a represent that I wouldn’t be Charged for this most recent appointment and guess what? Yeah I have a shiny new invoice for early collaboration, but will they admit they lied? Nope. The representative lied, of course. Each violation extends the time either of your suspension or contract. I can’t remember which one But either way you lose. I’ve had multiple people tell me they Just bought a second car because This device is so faulty. To be honest, it cost less to take the risk and have your car impounded a couple times. I’m paying just under $1,000 a month for this device after being told before the install that I wouldn’t be paying more than 100$ a month. They also keep telling me that I’m shutting the car off when it’s requesting a test, that’s not true. Who slowly shuts the car off to wait to see if it’s going to beep? You also can’t turn on the car and take the test if it were to beep when your taking the key out. It is still a violation. If your on probation this is not what you need it will violate you double. All of the requests are random so you never know when you’ll test but if I’m getting out of the car and it doesn’t beep when I’m turning my key how the heck are we supposed to know? Zero stars terrible company Im told it will be about $2000 to have it removed, I’m currently seeking other companies that may be able to remove it for me. This company is rape. I’d like to add at one point I had to update my card and I wanted to pay one invoice the representatives will not listen to you, I said I wanted to pay one invoice and he paid for all of them. They talk over you and don’t listen don’t bother asking for a someone with authority customer service will not assist I’m not even sure what they are getting paid for at this point. I was also informed that I can get the device removed by another company with a release form but A1 refuses to give me a release form to do so. Update just after posting this review they processed an invoice with out my request. They also say that they will continue to charge your card daily and if it doesn’t pull they will add late fees. Funny because most banks allow you to control how much funds can be released at a time. So basically they will intentionally add late fees. He stated over the phone.

DO NOT USE this shady company!! READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING A CONTRACT. I’m shocked!! How on earth is this place able to remain open!? It’s disgusting. They prey on vulnerable people that aren’t familiar w/ this whole process. They don’t inform anyone about their excessive list of additional charges that they can/will implement just because they can. These guys are absolute snakes, but sound very convincing on the phone. They’ll make it sound great and will tell you “I can extend the promo-month price of $69.95 for you that just ended”, and if that’s not enough to convince you they throw in the “I can get your installation fee waived if you’d like to set up an appointment”? But there’s just a small catch… they’ll charge you anywhere from $250-$1000 to remove it. These people on the phone rent a little space and basically just pay some guys that aren’t a part of their company to do the installations. You’ll never actually see or meet the people on the phone, and sound foreign, it’s so shady. I have since heard an absurd amount of terrible experiences people have had in dealing with these scammers. Let’s shut them down!

This device is worth having believe me. Your alternative is to ride a bike. Try ride in a bike for 4 months. When you have your license revoked for that time. With this device, you play a monthly fee. But who cares? Do you get your car back and your life back? So don't complain, it's a pretty good deal. Take it from somebody that made a mistake but i'm paying for and my life is good
