Very bad service, when you come to the store you wait for ages to get serviced, everyone just ignoring you. Prices are double compared to different places. And they try to cheat on the vat for £51 they calculate £20 Vat. I will never come back to this place again

Great parts store that have quite a bit of stock.

The only downside is prices aren't listed for all things on the shop floor so for things like spray paints or ratchets, staff need to be involved which can get tedious for both parties.

No real complaints I was just here to get new number plates printed. When I put them on I noticed the back number plate had 3 wee marks underneath the plastic (not really noticeable from afar but can see it when standing beside it) in one of the letters but I brought it back and it was replaced free of charge ?

Arrived 35mins before closing, waited for member of staff to finish private conversation with public to then be told too late. Poor service , will continue to use Van spares for my automotive needs.

PAINT SCANNER TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
Called in recently to get a paint match, but I was told the scanner operator was off on sick leave for the next 10 weeks!! Seemed strange that no one else was trained to operate it

A great place to go and buy any kind of vehicle parts. I have been many times and each time have been able to solve my problem and get me the right part no problems.

Cleverly they can use your Registration plate to find out information about your car to make sure they get the right parts that will fit instead of just randomly guessing what parts fill what. They are very well priced and while they aren't right in the middle of things their location between Portadown, Market Hill and Tandragee make them a great central location to get the parts you need.

They also have plenty of floorspace in their store for being able to stock up on items you may need for any vehicle, from paint to polish, lights to mats, Jacks to tools, radios to nearly any mechanical part. They've got you covered.

Excellent customer service great variety of parts. If they haven't got it they will try to get it for you and can get most everything.
