Pete was very quick with everything. I was surprised to receive brand new racks. I shop for these on a budget and always try to find used ones. The price was about the same as used, but they were brand new. I was very impressed. The delivery was super fast. I received them in a couple of days after ordering and the freight cost was very cheap as well.... it was cheaper than if I had rented a truck to go get them myself. Even the driver was very nice. Great experience all around and highly recommended.

Pete and his team did a excellent job with installing the racks at our Warehouse. He is invested in going above and beyond to whatever specifications you might have. His team is very detail oriented and made sure to keep our racks as symmetrical as possible. Pete was very easy to talk to and I would highly recommend his work.

In conjunction with Bexar County OEM, not only did Centex Rack & Storage provide great pricing for our new warehouse racks, Pete also provided an outstanding level of customer service, staying in constant communication to coordinate the delivery of the racks and the installation of those racks while remaining flexible to our needs/availability. In Emergency Management, communication and flexibility is critical to our daily operations and it is always a pleasure working with vendors such as Centex/Pete who understand and accommodate those needs. Lastly, the install team did a top-notch job anchoring our racks into the concrete floor and ensuring they were squared and level, leaving little to no visible damage to the area around the anchor points. Thank you Centex/Pete for improving our storage capabilities and providing us with quality customer support!

It was a true pleasure working with Pete at Centex Rack & Storage for our first time this February, but it definitely will not be the last time. When ordering racking and installation for a Distribution center several thousand miles away It is very refreshing to work with someone who is fair and very communicative throughout the process. It is evident that there is many years of experience and connections for them in this industry. By far the best priced and organized company throught our Request for Proposal process for our new markets in TX.
