I left a really good review of this place a few years ago but I thought I should update it since there’s been some staff changes. I haul equipment to and from here all the time. I’ve been doing it for years now. It used to be a pleasant experience dealing with the yard guys. Ever since the blonde lady left, it hasn’t been nearly as pleasant. It’s the opposite in fact. I don’t even want to come here anymore. Just seems like mostly negative attitudes and rudeness in the yard office now. Honestly if they would do something as simple as acknowledge that someone has walked in the doors, that would help a lot. It’s just a completely different atmosphere and it’s very unfortunate that it has become this way.

Bring blonde lady back.

Only been open for about 6 months and already doing amazing work. Outstanding service and highly specialized technicians that are experts. Not like going to other heavy equipment stores where one technician is supposed to do everything from hydraulics to welding. Holt has specialized people that know what they are doing quickly.
