During the free initial on-site visit Erwin asked the appropriate questions and even solved some issues before I even hired Synergy. Chris and Ryan were the installers and went above and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.

Thank you Synergy for selling your database to Alarm Connections. Now they are completely ripping us off in a large scale fraud scheme. You sold over 2000 of your alarm customers to them. Here is my review I posted to Alarm Connections as well:

Ever since Alarm Connections took over Synergy, the quality of service rapidly fell. Alarm Connections seems only interested in trying to upgrade you from a 3G network to a 5G, even when you already have a 5G communicator antenna!! Always trying to hit you up for $350-$500. Their people are trained to lie to you and say you don't have a 5G even when you do. Ultimately they realized they were talking to someone who knows a little about tech equipment. As soon as they realized this, they resumed my service. I only wonder how many customers already had a 5G antenna and were forced to "upgrade" for no reason. This is a large scale scam.

What makes the whole thing worse, is 1 -year earlier Alarm Connections themselves had upgraded me from a 3G to a 5G absolutely for free! which I told them, and they refused to admit. They kept saying it was a 3G.

Once I threatened to cancel with them, they finally admitted to their mistake.

The bad service did not stop there. Now they wanted to charge me for all the months they did not offer me service. Its only about $200, but I cannot pay these people who are down right scamming the 2000 customers they purchased from Synergy Alarm Company.

Terrible experience, not once but twice!! My first home I had to recut the CAT 6 cross connection in two rooms. My most recent experience in my new home I had no Choice but to use them again
because my builder only contracted Synergy. I recently called to activate my doorbell and replace a blown out speaker in my newly installed Surroundsound. I told the service dispatcher to please make sure the field technician is prepared to complete the job. Sure enough the technician comes and says his work order says nothing about fixing my blown out speaker so I immediately escorted out of my house. And finally the salesman sold me an attic antenna but it turns out the installation doesn’t include the antenna. It only included the RG-6 cable run 20 feet to the attic.
This company is an absolute joke!!

Synergy did a number of installations for our home here in Oviedo. One of the things was our outdoor fireplace. Jacob and David did an excellent job installing the fireplace with TV mount. Top notch job and very meticulous. Highly recommend.

My experience with Synergy began by meeting Shawn Hunt during my upgrade selection before the construction began on my new home in Winter Garden 1 year ago. During the process Shawn provided me with an optimal plan for wiring and location of security, camera and a surround sound system. He was thorough and very helpful in answering all my questions.

Fast forward to a year, at my first walkthrough before closing, I found the work done by Synergy of excellent quality and as per what we had planned out, I did not find any discrepancy. At my request, Shawn met me at the house and we walked through and he explained the function of each and every equipment and how they would work seamlessly. He also made recommendations and eventually designed an excellent surround sound system which sounds as good as any top brand but yet pocket friendly.

On the day of installation I met the technicians, Adrian, Bryan, Fritz, Luis and Jeremiah at my home. I was completely blown away by there professionalism, quality of work, politeness and professionalism. They answered all my questions and concerns. The installation of my security system, camera, surround sound system, 3 televisions with the 3 wall mounts were flawless. They did such a clean job and removed all empty boxes, vacuumed the carpet and even helped in moving the new furniture in its place, something they did not have to but did with great enthusiasm. They left not even a single mark on the walls. The guys did a great job of explaining all the functions of the new remote and how my new systems works.

I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The folks at Synergy and the real pros and will come up with a great solution no matter what your budget is. I highly recommend Synergy and it's team of technicians who let a great impression on me and made my home come alive with beautiful sounds and pictures.

My experience with Synergy and their employees was extremely positive. They installed a home security system including several HD cameras, 6 large 4K TVs, high end AV system including Apple TV and Chromecast. The sales representative Shawn was courteous and straightforward. He explained the options well and was very knowledgeable. The order was done correctly.

Installers were all very professional, efficient and courteous. They were very meticulous in measuring and placing all the equipment including TVs and speakers neatly and precisely. Synergy's follow up was impressive. Shawn contacted me frequently to see how everything was working, even about 2 months after installation.

There were a few equipment adjustments required. Jeremiah came to our home a few times and even as late as 8 PM because I come home late from work. Jeremiah was always courteous, professional and extremely efficient in resolving issues. He can diagnose and fix anything they installed, a true expert!

Highly recommend Synergy and their employees. I am extremely satisfied with the performance of all equipment, and their support.

I had an opportunity to do business with Synergy for installing an outdoor kitchen, security cameras and landscape lighting. Their work was outstanding and professional. They don't just install and leave. They stand behind their services and address your concerns in a professional and timely manner. Our sales manager is Chris Deluca and he is one of the best. He listens to our concerns and address them effectively. We are pleased with their services.

Edit 8/1823:
I was contacted by Synergy Customer Service to arrange a no charge call out to see if the connectivity issues can be fixed. Followed up by the owner contacting me directly to see what he could do to fix the situation.
Matt, their senior technician was great and was able to to get us connected to wi-fi and cell service as a back-up. I also received a follow up call to check if everything was working and to let me know they were monitoring the connection to make sure everything is working as it should be.

We moved into a house that already had a Synergy doorbell and security system installed. We had them out to install AV equipment for the Klipsh speakers that were also installed prior to us buying the house. We spent around $7,000 on equipment and had them connect the security system and doorbell camera with monitoring.
Come to find out in May (after we accidentally set the alarm off) that the security system is not being monitored at all, as the installation was set up for a land line, we do not have a landline and I told the tech this when he was here. So we have been paying $50 per month for monitoring for nothing! They didn't offer any credit, but they did send someone out at no charge (so kind) to sort it out. He did hook it up correctly, however we were never offered any compensation for the months of no monitoring!
We changed internet provider last month and guess what.....we have to pay for someone to come out and change everything to the new router. I call to cancel everything as I am pissed, and a manager calls me back offering to try and rectify the situation and promises to get back to me within 48 hours. Well.......no call as yet nearly a week later and she won't answer my calls.
