I really like our repair man Marty. He’s very nice he’s though when explaining the problem with our washing machines at Amber Court Assisted Living in Nesconet NY. I have known who he is since I started at my job 4 years ago. I would highly recommend him to repair the equipment used in laundry rooms in any facility that may require repair. He’s excellent

I am looking into getting into the laundromat business and I had the pleasure of speaking to Karl this morning. He was very informative and patient. He explained the different brands pros and cons. If you are interested in purchasing a commercial washer and dryer I would definitely look into them!

Karl & his team ripped out and replaced 36 washers in 4 days AND put in a new card system. Honestly, I didn't think it was possible. Back in business in less than a week with everything running smoothly. It's a huge investment, but 2 months later I can tell you it was the right move!!

This is by far the worst laundry company I have ever used. I live in an apartment complex and our laundry room has had no hot water for 2 months now. We cant wash our child’s clothes properly because there is no hot water!

We call and call but nothing has been done! Service department is terrible. At least put signs up showing that progress is being made or that can indicate we are not just being ignored. HK if you read this! Fix this!!!!
