Definitely avoid this place. I kid you not, I waited on my order for over 7 Months and to this day never received it, despite several attempts to reach out via email. I didnt want to give up hope because the vest they had was one not easily found anywhere else. But 7 Months for ONE ITEM? Just go somewhere else. Zero stars

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My order never shipped and had to call multiple times for a refund. Took a month to finally get an email stating they would refund. Let's see if I actually get my money back. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

On 09/24/2021 I placed an order/purchased 3 boxes of black
disposable mask with eSafety Supplies for $23.49 I was charged
an additional $9.57 for shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air). The items
were shipped out on 09/27/2021 and I was provided the tracking
number 1Z6V24600260816435. After I still had not received my
order I checked with UPS tracking and discovered there was an
issue with the delivery address. eSafety had put the wrong
address/zip code on the shipping label. I called eSafety customer
service on 10/01/2021 to advise them of the issue. Customer
service told me that the items had shipped from their facility on
the 27th and that the issue was with UPS and I just had to wait for
UPS to tell them the package was lost or damaged before they
would reship the order. I ended up calling UPS myself to get the
address corrected. I received the package on 10/4/2021 only to
find out that they sent me a different item than the one pictured
on the website. Items received is a lower quality.

Scam do not buy from this company.
Ordered in November never received what I purchased or a refund even after contacting customer service 5 times email and calls. nothing has happened.
They did eventually after writing this refund my money.

I ordered a pair of gloves. I waited weeks only to get the wrong order. I called and was told they would send me the correct pair. Three weeks later I had to call again as my order never came. I was once again told they would send me the correct pair. After waiting three more weeks I had to call again. Weeks later I finally got my gloves. I had waited a good two months of calling to get my order. I will not be using them again.

I ordered 1_8_24 after I paid for them and still never got them .so I told them to cancel earlier last week so then they said they would cancel the order and replace my money . But they didn't then just today they came in my mail ..very irresponsible co. I will never order from them and would not recommend them either

Really a zero stared company. Put in order in and never received it. Called there customer service and they said they would call me back. Never called me back, so they’ll never get my business back neither.Called for a refund, and said I will receive an email of full refund back. ( they did refund my money back) I could be cautious in using this company.
