I wish all companies had this kind of customer service! Responsive and moved my appointment up when they could. Hugo was my service-man. He was communicative via text, on-time, polite, and patient with all my questions. He took his time to run diagnostics of my whole AC, not just jumping to conclusions (which is what the last 2 guys did, and ultimately their solutions made the problem worse because they did not get to the root of the issue, but Hugo did!). He went above and beyond to double-check things were working as they should before leaving. The cost of the diagnostic was put towards the repair, and it was a fair price for both. I will be using The Air Conditioning Guy for all my future AC needs, and in fact I am now willing to do the preventative annual maintenance checks on both my heater and AC, only because of what a pleasant and helpful experience I had with Hugo. Trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable....great service from start to finish. I will recommend this company to others without reservation.

I want to give them 10 stars! My parents are elderly and need a warm house. This past winter, Hugo checked our system when our furnace started making loud banging noises. He assured us that it was working but on its last legs (furnace was 40+ years old). He never pressured us, just gave us a couple possible replacement proposals when we asked. Since I asked, he also patiently explained in detail the calculations for various options regarding our home CFM situation. We waited until slightly warmer weather to call him back. Juan came in and worked hard to do a top-notch installation -- one that we absolutely love. He accommodated my parents' health restrictions during the construction by changing his working hours and closing rooms to keep the noise & dust level down. He set up & cleaned up daily. Juan is courteous, professional, and detail oriented. He went above and beyond during the whole installation. There were some legacy holes in our attic from even older heating systems that they covered for free when they found them. We will definitely call The Air Conditioning Guys to come back for any and all future heating & cooling needs.

Hugo was very polite, and he explained everything he needed to do. He came a second time when I needed to sit the AC off when it was making noise. He has appeared to resolve the issue, and I know I can contact him if problems persist. The services were fairly priced.

Juan was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and listened to our concerns first. He was then able to diagnose the cause of our air conditioning problem and fix it. I have used his service in the past to perform HVAC services. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs. He is the best. His work territory appears to be the San Gabriel Valley so I used him the maintain my mother’s house.

Juan is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. We have had so many workers and contractors coming in and out of our home and he is by far our favorite. He had a very big HVAC install on an old him on a hill with many stairs and he did the job perfectly! My attic which has no insulation was probably 150 degrees and he worked the whole time with a mask on and with such a great attitude. We would always recommend him and will definitely be working with him in the future for any needs

Juan came on time and was courteous and explained things well. He made recommendations for the next visit which I am highly considering. Also I really appreciate the detailed photos that Juan provided in the invoice and the fact that he looked at my furnace gas pressure and lowered it to make sure I’m not wasting gas. Highly recommend!
