Sammy did an exceptional service to my home AC unit. As important as Air conditioning is to Houston Homes, I appreciated the time they took to ensure that everything was working properly and also taking the time to explain to me the process so that my AC can last and work to its full potential! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been dealing with this company since 2018 and we are finally fed up. They will tell you that you're on the schedule, but there's a 75% chance that you aren't. If you don't get a confirmation txt/email, don't expect to be on the schedule. They misrepresent their warranty. You have to have preventative maintenance to maintain your warranty, but they won't call you to set it up-it's your responsibility to call them to schedule it. You cannot schedule fall and spring at the same time. Actually, they only have set windows to schedule and if you miss them then you're out of luck. And you better pray you don't actually have to use your warranty. As a non-paying customer you are not a priority and will be put off time and time again. We were left with no AC for 6 days during a string of excessive heat warnings. My thermostat was reading 99 degrees and our temp gun was reading over 100. When we spoke to a manager, we were told that they do not have emergency protocols in place and that this circumstance did not constitute an emergency. They just "don't have that type of business model". We were repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do by dispatch, technician, and management. Please do yourself a favor and pick a different company.

Thankfully we were able to get a different company to honor our warranty and fix our problem after they tried to tell us that we would have to wait an additional 3 more days before they could get us on the schedule. The other company was able to have our problem fixed with a temporary solution while sourcing the OEM parts in less than 4 hours. There's always something that can be done.
