Absolutely loved the service!! The technician actually showed up before they were supposed to, laid out covers for the floor, worked in a fast and timely manner, explained everything they did. The best thing they did is they actually vacuumed after they finished their work even my stairs!! I would definitely recommend them!

All Cool A/C and Heating recently replaced our 16-year-old 4 ton and 2 ton A/C units. It took them less than four hours two mornings, so we were totally comfortable while they did the work. They showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left both days. We highly recommend All Cool for both installation and competitive pricing.

I had an 80deg bedroom and a 12-year-old system and I expected to be given a run-around followed by “you need a new system”. Pablo and Andrew did great diagnostic work to find a tiny worn spot on a 24V wire and 3 other wires at risk of also shorting out. Can’t beat expertise AND integrity. Best electrical tape I ever paid for! Thank you Andrew snd Pablo

Our technician Fabian was very polite, kind, well mannered. He took the time to explain and show things in person, he went into details and was not in a rush. I had alot of questions and he took his time throughly with me. He went over the warranty and details. Definitely want him to return next time!

After using them for years i have left them. Last two check up they said I may have a small leak somewhere but they could not find it they said. They would just charge the system back up. This year's last checkup they said the same thing, but unfortunately my warranty ran out a month earlier. I called another company to come out and look at it for a second opinion. They said it was a leak as well, but it was not small because i lost 3lbs of refrigerant. The only thing they told me that was the same as All Cool was the cost of replacing all the copper and condenser coil was not cost effective due to the upcoming new refrigerant changes. I ended up getting a new system with the new company. The new company also pointed out that my old unit was not cleaned which All Cool said they do each time. Also had a capacitor that was bad and he said they should have noticed that as well. All Cool used to be good, but lately I feel they have gotten sloppy.
