Roger muy buen técnico jovial, repetuoso nos explicó que era nuevo en la compañía, sacó todo el refrigerante viejo, cambio el sistema del compresor en un aire central del 2005, chequeo si había fugas y si había las soldaba, llenó con nuevo refrigerante. Luego se empezó a sentir la diferencia de dos días calurosos que pasamos acá en Kissimmee, Gracias

I would not recommend them. Laura (office manager) was rude until she collected payment. Then it took a long time to schedule an appointment. The 1st appointment, the technician was super lazy and did not do a full diagnostics on it. 2nd appointment also take a long time to have someone to come out. The tech was nice but post fix, a day later AC broke again. Choose a different company.

This company came to my house twice to do a simple job and was paid by American home shield. They left twice saying they needed to get a part and then never showed up and told American home shield that they were completed with the job and got paid. The job was never done and I actually had to pay a third party to come out and take care of it. All that was needed was tape to seal at a hole in my plenum.

Jesus was sent to my house for AC repair by AHS and he was very professional in his work. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and answered any questions I had about the unit. Very nice gentleman....

We are American Home Shield warranty costumers. We called AHS because we had A/C trouble in our condo in Florida. It was blowing air, but not cooling our 2nd floor condo. unit. AHS sent out the vendor they do-business-with, Quick A/C Solutions, LLC. The technician diagnosed our issue as an outside line set issue. We hired our own A/C specialist that came out to our condo and immediately found that the issue was not a line set issue, that it was, in fact, a leak in the coil inside our condo. unit. The technician this company sent out was incompetent, misdiagnosing an obvious coil issue inside of our condo unit, not a line set issue.

Most of their reviews are horrible for a reason. My home warranty sent me here. A lady name Laura called and was scheduling me for an appointment between 1pm-3pm. I kept explaining to her that time was fine but I would not be available until those times. She continued to state that they may come early. I requested for her to let the technician know that I won’t be available earlier if they happen to get done earlier with another customer and it seemed like an impossible task for her. Bad first impression. I immediately canceled my service with my home warranty. If your home warranty sends you here do yourself a favor and request another company.

Had to use them as the contractor for my home warranty (AHS) to replace my AC unit. The two techs didn’t speak English, and even though I speak Spanish they wouldn’t communicate with me about the install. Less than a year later the new air handler was leaking. Tried for weeks, but they won’t answer calls or respond to voicemails I left. I opened up the wall myself and found the condensate drain line wasn’t even connected, so it had just been pouring water into the house. There is pretty significant water damage and mold now. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys.

Update: Had another (highly rated, local) company come over to look at replacing the moldy, rotted duct board and they informed me that by Florida State law if anything is wrong with your ac unit in the first year the installing company MUST address the issue. Just in case you somehow still needed any more reason to avoid this company, know that they won’t even do what the law requires.

After dealing with Total air care with no success (since August and it’s now Mid October) we contacted American home shield for a second opinion since, according to them there was nothing wrong with our unit, they sent Quality AC solutions for a second opinion. The tech, Berwin, was both professional and thorough and within an our we have our AC up and running. Top notch service and expertise.
