They have the dental clinic in the basement. Not only that, they schedule appointments at 7am, and then there's no one to check you in. Come to find out that they do the check ins on the 1st floor in the morning because they don't staff the dental desk until later in the day. They also don't tell you that you have to check in at the 1st floor desk and then act like you did something wrong when you wait by the dental desk to be checked in. Long story short, 95% of the staff here are inept.

If you don't have private dental insurance this place is a must. You will definitely pay more for less elsewhere. My Dentist, and dental assistant are great. The Dental Hygienist I have is literally top notch and removed stains from my teeth I thought were permanent! Receptionists are pleasant and positive. My mom told me from the start not to miss or be late to my appointments because this place is a rare gem.

I have been a patient at this clinic for about 30 years! My Dr is amazing! She is the best Dr I have ever had! She has made my life liveable by the regimen she has put me on to help my many health issues! She is the reason I feel well today!! Her nurse is equally awesome! I love going there as every single person I see is wonderfully friendly & welcoming! I know they are short staffed, and work their butts off, but you'd never know it. The best care by all that I have ever received!! A big thank you to each person making this clinic the best!!

It has been close to nearly impossible to make an appointment here anymore‼️. Whoever set up the current system of having to wait a month prior to the alledged wanted appointment', didn't put alot of thought or care into the patients needs. The patient has to call back on a daily basis to hopefully get an appointment that has to be 6 months since the last one, but can't get one after a months time, because scheduling doesn't allow it to go any further on the calendar. It's a nightmare!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Someone from this office called a place of business today and called a customer service representative there a “fag” for the hold time because SHE failed to call the correct number. Absolutely disgusting show of behavior and a huge indicator of how they’ll employ anyone at a health care facility.

Keep this clinic keeps on rescheduling my appointment. I do appreciate Sherell a receptionist here at these clinics. Sherell really help me this morning she listen to me and I understood my situation. Thank you so much Sherell. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your summer!

Called to get scheduled for an appointment almost a week out, have been getting confirmation texts almost daily since then. Got a voicemail 18 hours before my appointment telling me my appointment had been cancelled, no reason given, no option to reschedule. Had to call back, sat on hold for almost 30 minutes, just to be told the soonest appointment they had would be more than a week out and "ohh huh... this doesn't usually happen...". Everyone on the phone here has been dismissive and seems uninterested in helping

Dr’s & nurses are always amazing and friendly but the lady receptionists at the front desk and on the phone are very rude. I’ve noticed it everytime I come in. They don’t greet you at the door & when asked any question the response is returned with an attitude.. I know some spanish & overheard them talking bad about me and other patients after I asked her a question … Not a good look AT ALL!
