They pick up the phone when called, respond to queries promptly and Martin and Stanley did an excellent job on the air con install - on time, cleaned up after themselves and were courteous throughout. Where to start... AAC was incredible from start to finish.

I've used a fair few companies for all types of home improvement work. It is without hesitation that I can say that AAC is comfortably above the rest.

From 1st contact Alex and George came out promptly to help me choose the best solution for my needs. I had a tonne of questions and they were super responsive and helpful. While being incredibly patient with me.

Dave came out soon after to do the pre-install work before one part of the job (garage conversion) began. This meant all the pipework was neatly tucked away and looked flawless. This was incredibly short notice and I'm really grateful AAC was able to help me out with this request.

Full install day came (3 indoor units, re-wiring PSU, removing a different companies work and putting it right in the converted garage). Dave, Matt and Aidan are machines! They are professional, friendly, reliable, hard-workers, respectful (the list could go on..). Dave, Matt and Aidan went the extra mile for us and we are very appreciative of their workmanship and kindness.

My only 'criticism' is AAC doesn't do all other work: Plumbing, Carpentry, etc. Because they would be my first call for all work 😉
I'm almost disappointed Dave, Matt and Aidan finished the job ahead of schedule, they've been an absolute pleasure to work with. Hope to see you all again in the near future.

In all seriousness and if you've read this far, well done. Book AAC if you can, you will have zero regrets and be grateful you found them.

I can’t fault Andy’s work. He gave me a ring 10 minutes before he was due to arrive, as promised, arrived on time, was efficient in his work and asked if I’d had any problems at all. He then offered me a couple of ideas for improvements if I was interested. I was with a couple of them so he put those in for me and showed me how to do it myself later on if I wanted to.
