This time only four stars, or maybe less, or a lot less.
The Webesto diesel heater packed up (+£3900) within a year, BUT, was renewed for +/- £1000 and still not doing as per 'Webesto' adverts..... Travelled 1000's of Km's across frozen landscapes and the heater did not deliver the warmth or comfort as per advertised by 'Webesto'.
That aside,
AC Automotives with the skilled, knowledgeable, accommodating and understanding staff still delivered a five star serviće.
Thank you all, and hopefully, not to see you until the first service (or not sooner, again!!!!!).

Gave detailed information over the telephone, and they very quickly selected and ordered the correct part very quickly.
Gave excellent support and advice when there was an issue in replacing the part and gave details of a specialised garage to carryout the work.
Purchased the part from them, as the company accepted the part to be fitted as they trusted them.
Would recommend AC Automotive ?

Took my Murvi camper van to AC automotive as I had an issue with the webasto heater that would not start. These guys are very knowledgeable and were able to isolate the issue as a cable fault from the controller via laptop and isolating cable. Excellent service and highly recommend .

Another 1st class service today, by Dale. This is my 2nd time here as they were originally recommended to me by my local garage when I had an issue last year with the aircon in my car. I won't go anywhere else now. I thoroughly recommend!

I’ve dealt with the good folk at AC automotive a couple of times over the last month or so. I had problems with the Webasto Diesel Heater on my boat.
On both my visits to AC Automotive I found the greeting warm and friendly. I also found them very helpful, initially giving me advice and subsequently doing a repair / service. I am very impressed with AC Automotive and will happily recommend them.

Excellent!! Dale was so incredibly helpful. Gave me a very good recommendation for a good mechanic to sort out a radiator problem and charged my AC system 'out of hours' to get me mobile to go on holiday next day. Brilliant!!
