I recently bought an Equi-Trek Victory Excel which is just perfect but a special mention must go to Mercaddes, so helpful and very efficient and still in contact even after the sale - a big asset to Equitrek. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mercaddes and the team at Equi-trek Suffolk and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial contact through to the end, Mercaddes was so helpful and tentative. She listened to our wants and needs and took our trailer in px and found us the perfect trailer. She helped to arrange the finance and made the whole process so easy. I wisj every interaction in life was this easy and satisfying. We have since booked out ATV in for a service at their workshop and won't go anywhere else in future. You have a customer for life Equi-trek Suffolk and you largely have Mercaddes to thank for this. She's a great asset to your business!

Absolutely over the moon with our new Cheval Liberte touring country trailer! I'd like to mention Mercaddes as she's been so incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the sales process with photos and answering queries.
Once we arrived at the dealership Kerry met us and oversaw a faultless handover process. Everything was as described and had been fully checked by the mechanics Jordan and Edward. It tows like a dream and we didn't even notice it was there the whole 216 miles home! Very pleased with the whole process and team from initial call to getting home.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for anyone after a quality trailer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Writing a five star review for my recent experience of buying my new trailer from Equitrek Suffolk. Having dealt with scams and con artists through eBay and Facebook I feel reassured I was in good hands with Mercaddes who was a pleasure to deal with and really helpful during the whole process with fab communications. Recent purchase of EquiTrek Night Treka went very smoothly with the team at Equitrek Suffolk. Mercaddes was a great help throughout the sales process, and Kelly and Carol in the office provided great support, facilitating a hire while we were making the decision and then as we waited for changes to be made before delivery. Great team, lovely to deal with and all very happy with the Bacon Sandwiches at Pony Club Championships we were able to cook due to the living area.

Had the best experience from the initial contact, where Mercedes despite being on holiday, dealt with my enquiries. From viewing the HB510 to placing th order to delivery was all dealt with smoothly and the same on delivery day. Outstanding team at Equitreck Suffolk!

Rarely write reviews but the team are worthy of one. Mercedes was excellent as a technical sales advisor and directed me too the right model for our family and horses. We love the Day-Treka.

Kerry and Carole in the office were excellent and made the whole process smooth and easy for me - thank you.

Will has provided great advice and went above and beyond to sort a repair out when I clipped the horse box.

Overall a great team that I would happily recommend.

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly team.
We just bought a second hand Equi-Trek ShowTreka trailer from Equi-Trek Suffolk.
Kerry and Mercaddes were both extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.
Our trailer needed some work to sort out before the sale plus we also asked for a few bits to sort out and both Skippy and Ed has done an excellent job.
I still admire Skippy's handywork he has done an outstanding job strengthening the side panel, you can definitely tell he loves and knows what he is doing!
