Heating and Cooling Outlet was highly recommended when I put out a Facebook post asking where people like to call when in need of a part. I needed a limit switch for my furnace, when I called and he knew exactly what was up due to actually seeing my post on Facebook! He said he already had the part number from the post and was currently making sure it was in stock, before I even called!! He got the part waiting ready at the counter for me. Customer service and the price was unbeatable. Literally. Cheap as Amazon (cheaper accounting for shipping) and half the price from what someone else messaged me they would sell me one for.. later in the day when talking with my coworker he mentioned this place absolutely hooked him up when he was in a jam. He had the same experience I did, unbeatable price and service. I know who I will recommend to others & who I will call whenever I am in need of a part, or service if there is a circumstance I can not handle by my self.

Keith the owner knows his craft brought in a part and within 2 minutes he came to the counter with the exact match…. I’m so glad I called him everyone else told me I’d have to replace the whole motor when all it needed was a 3.5 inch fan and thank goodness he had it in stock…..great guy Keith and I’m glad to have spent my money at a small American owned business….. thank you so much Keith my furnace is up and running after I installed the part as you instructed me to… can’t thank you enough for the great service and help

I can't say enough about this company!! If you are in need of a new furnace/ac install don't waste time with the other companies. I got several quotes for my install, these guys beat em all. They were on time, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and professional, the quality of workmanship was remarkable and within 4 and a half hours the entire job was complete and as for cleanup you would never know they were there. Shout-out to Owner Keith Harbin and helpers Mike and Leo. Thanks so much, guys, you just made my wife Nancy and I very happy and satisfied!!!

I wish I got this type of service everywhere I shopped. Needed a inducer motor for my furnace. Called to get a price and the owner asked if I could send him a pic of the part to insure he was quoting three right price and part. Sent him the pic and he called right back and gave me the price and ensure it was a original equipment part from Carrier, not aftermarket. Placed the order over the phone with debit card. When I got there to pick the part up, the owner met me at the door and was very polite. Opened the part to show me it was new and since I had the old one with me, showed me how to take all the old housing, fan, and cage off of the old one and place on the new one. Informed me that the cages could sometimes be difficult to get off and what I should do if it was. This was service that you don't see or get everyday!!!!! I wil gladly shop here again and recommend anyone looking for parts or service to call!!!!!

Like so many others before me, I had furnace trouble on a Sunday. It wasn't just that Keith was available on a Sunday, but also the positive reviews that prompted my call. I'm very glad I did. He was able to service my ancient (and complicated) furnace and get it running in an hour. I'm certain I'll be calling back when I'm ready to replace the old unit. Highly recommended.

Our furnace went out Saturday night. I spent 8 hrs on Sunday before giving in and calling. I spoke with Keith and there was a couple day wait due to obvious upcoming cold spell. Went over what was wrong and squeezed us in at 9 the following morning. Diagnosed and resolved the issue within 15 minutes with out upselling me to a new fan. As a Realtor this is the exact kind of service I want for any of my referrals. They will be my top recommendation from here on out. Thank you Keith!

Great company, highly recommend. My furnace blower went out on 4th of July and calling for 90+ heat the next fee days. Only company I could find open. Super helpful talked me through disassembling and putting it back together. They got me the parts I needed and saved me from some miserably hot days.

I had my air conditioning go out Friday night, ans after several hours of diagnosing, I finally identified that the capacitor was bad and needed replacement. This was the only place I could find that had the part and was open Saturday (needed it fast, its like 90 degrees here right now). Got the part, everythong worked. The guy at the store was very helpful and talked through my issue with me to help make sure I wasn't missing anything, and gave some suggestions for making sure I was keeping my system running properly.

Excellent everything, will be returning here for all future HVAC needs!
