This was the first time I used Efficient. My hot water tank had a slow leak, I called at night and scheduled their visit for the next morning. Their plumber, Mike, was very polite and professional, explained what caused the problem, what he had to do and resolved it. He also took on an additional job of replacing shower cartridges. Their fees were fair. I am very satisfied with their services

Efficient was excellent to work with. Our project was 7+ days redoing all the ducts, getting a new AC, & moving our AC units. Brian, Jose, & Daniel are a phenomenal team. Good communication, detail oriented, reliable, & respectful on the job. Incredibly pleased with the entire process. Daniel & Jose absolutely GREAT!

Austin’s "Efficient AC and Plumbing" personnel advised me honestly about replacing my failing AC. During installation their techs were courteous and patiently answered my questions. For several years the company also has done other good work at my home, installing new bathroom plumbing and working on water pipes in the yard. I give them the top rating.

First of all, thanks for your immediate response is sending someone to look at my non-functioning AC. That was truly a godsend. Alpine AC recommended your company because they could not for another 48 hours! Mario serviced my AC, found the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part in no time at all. He was all smiles despite the blistering heat on the roof. I highly recommend your company.

They have the best reps that have the best experience and knowledge to resolve a variety of issue.
