They just left my house and I had to do a review because they blew me away! For starters they said they’d be here in 2 hours and showed up within 30 minutes. Then after only 5 min found the issue with the the unit. It needed a new motor and he had it on hand! Unheard of right! Pedro had it changed out in less than a hour! Again unheard of these days! I’ve dealt with many other companies but none of them could come close to the awesome experience I had with this company. I’m referring them to everyone

Service was scheduled quickly, but slipped back through the day; dispatch was courteous and apologetic.

Francisco arrived after close of business. He replaced the capacitor within minutes, checked the freon, then took a look at a second unit gratis. He was cheerful, efficient and professional. Pricing was about as expected.

Pedro was really nice and new what he was doing. Not sure what the going rate is for a service charge and replace a blower capacitor is but was $155.00 and about an hour for everything to clean out the unit too. He got the unit blowing great and cooling down again. Thanks Pedro. Tim

Contractor continues to give times to show up and perform work that is to be completed under warranty and never shows up and won't call to inform me that he can't make it. This contractor was used by the builder who built my home and issues existed under the builder about untimely work. Now that we have moved into the house there is an issue with one of the units. He has given me 2 time dates that he would be to my house to correct the issue and he has not shown up to either time. I've exhausted every Avenue in getting this contractor to come and fix the problem as this unit is under warranty. My next step is to put a lien on his business. People if you are in the business of obtaining an AC Contractor, please do not use this contractor. He will give you days and timeframes but he will never show up to do the work. Save yourself the headache and find someone who is reputable even though it may cost a little more. I've learned a valuable lesson.
