Just got our AC replaced. I talked to the owners, I'm assuming husband and wife and they were absolutely awesome. They really went out of their way for us this week. It was gonna take a minute for us to obtain funds first this so Brandon went ahead and fixed our issue until we could figure it out. He set out all our options, he didn't pressure us into a quick decision and we appreciated that. Brian and Chris came out to put everything in and did an awesome job. So nice. I really appreciate everything they have done for us these past 2 weeks and their patience was refreshing.

Wonderful customer service! Called them to come service my AC and just check things out for summertime approaching, came same day! They were here quickly and went through everything with me and showed me things I had questions on and was very thorough and helpful. Highly recommend for any AC service!! Hands down the best in town. Brandon is knowledgeable and Jennifer is on top of her stuff in the office and very friendly.

After being told by another company we needed to buy a whole new system, it was recommended we get a second opinion from Love’s due to their honesty and integrity. Sure enough, the issue was quickly found by the technician, and it was a $50 part with none of issues trumped up by the first company. We are so grateful for Love’s AC and will never use anyone else! HIGHLY recommend this business for all your air conditioning and heating needs!!

My husband and I are first time homeowners. We moved into our house a couple of weeks ago and even though the unit was only 5 or 6 months old we noticed the house was not staying cool during the hottest part of the day. The owner, Brandon came out for a free (yes FREE) inspection. He checked out everything. He told us for the size of our house he'd recommend a 4 ton unit (the previous one installed was a 3 ton) but said if money was tight we could probably get away with some good insulation and to repair the duct by the air return until we could afford to replace. I never felt pressured to buy anything and he never tried to push the replacement on us. He even offered to provide some reputable and reasonably priced insulation companies he's worked with in the past if we decided to go that route.

The estimate to replace was very fair and less than my mother in law paid to have a 2 ton unit installed by another company. Brittany was AMAZING. Funny and very patient even while waiting 10 minutes while I was digging through boxes trying to find my ID. I'm pretty sure I've talked to her more in the last week than all of my family members combined. She was very responsive and called to advise of any updates. The financing program they offer is very reasonable and the technicians who installed our AC unit were professional, funny and even cleaned up to make sure they didn't leave smudges on our walls.

At no fault of theirs, our blower motor came broken from factory. Brandon bought a new one same day and came out at 10pm to install it to make sure our family was comfortable. This company genuinely cares and goes above and beyond in everything they do. I will continue to use them for all of our AC needs and gladly recommend them to friends and family in the area!

The team over at Loves did an exceptional job with my air conditioning. Very knowledgeable, Lee came to do an annual service that I requested and I explained what was going on with my air conditioning and he reached out to Brandon who came and did an inspection. After, he gave me some options and quoted the work on the spot. They relocated my unit to help it work more efficiently. My a.c. works better than when it was installed 2 years ago. My home now gets down to temp and it blows ice cold. They were careful with moving it and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them for your air conditioning needs. The tech that came out and gave us a quote he was great, professional and informative. I believe his name was James. However, after that it has been nothing but a run around with Love's. Man that answers the phone says he is not in the office that he would get back to me the 3 times I have called but never gives a response or even calls me back. I don't know how you have good reviews, they have to be made up. I have been waiting since October 2022 to get my handler replaced which I have warranty through the company that manufactures my handler. There was suppose to be a claim made and the company sends the part needed to loves to complete the repairs and from there loves is suppose to come back to my residence to fix it. Well it's now Almost Feb 2023, 2 sets of handlers have been sent to you and both seemed to be "lost" in transit from what you say. When calling the company holding my warranty they told me a whole different story, I don't recommend this company for A/C repairs. Oh and Loves I don't expect to see a response from you on here since you can never return a phone call.
