I went into the store with the intention of trying out a new handbag in a purple leopard print pattern. My current Kate Spade was a leopard print that I had to carry or slip over my forearm, and I wanted something I could carry over my shoulder. My favorite pattern is leopard print, and my favorite color is purple; so I thought it was my perfect bag when I saw it online. When I tried it in the store, as much as I wanted to love it, it was too big. I-Chieh was working that day, and she came to my rescue with a recommendation from the back of a bag that was on clearance after I told her I was looking for something with a similar number of compartments to my current bag but could still wear on my shoulder. It was also 50 percent off! I accessorized it with a purple flower leopard print skinny scarf that needed to be ordered, and I bought the matching wallet. I am VERY happy even though what I left with wasn't what I went in for. I know I will love the bag for years, and I love the chain accent in the strap. It's a very elegant and stylish flair, and I can change up anytime with the swap of a scarf!

Kate Spade at Northpark has exceptional customer service. Anytime I need a handbag, the staff is beyond helpful either locating it in the store or finding it at another store for me. I truly appreciate that I have a consistent positive experience with this store.

Not worth my time reviewing but I have to. When I was looking at the sale section today and a female staff told me that today is the last chance I can get the price today. Tomorrow they will mark a new price. I didn’t like the style so I didn’t pick it. When I got home and I realized it’s true. They’re marking new price that is extra 20% off. Luckily I didn’t pick the bag. I disrespect the way the staff try to sell me the bag. I work in customer service also and I would never do that to my customers

Treatment of customers was very poor and questionable. I would spend more money at store if I was treated with respect and care, the associate Selena could use some training, I did not feel welcomed or helped, the only reason I even made a purchase was because I could only find the bag I wanted at that store otherwise I would have shopped somewhere else.

The customer service at this location is fantastic. I went to many stores in the mall and felt very unwelcome. Emily greeted me, I explained exactly what I was looking for and she gave me all the options. She asked me questions I never considered when purchasing. Sadly she was off when I got back to purchase but the lady that helped me (I am sorry I forgot your name) was equally nice and very helpful.

Very frustrated with this location. I took a purse in to get repairs bc the leather lining on the arm loop came undone. They actually let me return it and chose a different one. I paid an additional $170 on top of the $350 trade-in price. The sales gal explained that I had a 2-year warranty if “anything defects” on the purse, they’ll repair it or allow me to trade it in. About a 1 1/2 years of owning the purse, the same thing went wrong with the purse. I took my purse in to get repaired or replaced and the Rachel said, “it’s not under warranty”. I explained to her that the sales lady said I had 2 year warranty. She said she no longer worked there but they’ll send it in to get repaired under warranty. I let it be known that this was the same issue with my other purse, and it must be a reoccurring problem. She said that they don’t replace the items for that issue anymore bc the stores can fix it. I let her take it and I got it back in 2 weeks. I used the purse for 2 days and the part they fixed came undone. When I went back, Brianna told me they’d have to send it in and it would be 6-8 weeks before getting it back and consider myself lucky it only took 2 weeks the last time it was sent out. When I expressed my frustration, the manager said I can drop it off and on Monday they’d call Kate Spade and see what they could do. I did, they called me on Monday and told me I would have it back in my possession on Thursday. Just got off of the phone with a Brianna and she said, “yeah, we called them on Thursday and they didn’t get it shipped out, so it’s not going to be here until Monday”. If you knew, you could’ve called me on Thursday and explained the situation, instead of trying to backtrack yourself out of it on Sunday, when I called...
