We need to watch out for wrongful charges on our credit card from American Complete Home SE for $19.95.

I recently used the Tune-Up service from American AC Heat Plumbing. After checking our AC, they estimated high prices for the fixing, cleaning, and changing parts of air conditioning. The service man insisted on a monthly $19.95 membership and I steadily said that I do not want the membership because they charge an unreasonable amount for the services anyway.

Two months later, I found out that there were doubtful continuous monthly charges on my credit card from American Complete Home SE. I called American AC Heat Plumbing and they refunded only one month. Therefore, I needed to call again to get the full refund and nothing happened. Two weeks later, I sent an official email and the full amount was refunded without any explanation and apology.

Frankly speaking, I thought it was just a simple paperwork mistake. However, I am now getting suspicious about the company's reliability. I attached photos for the estimation of their services. It is better to compare prices with other companies before purchasing services. Replace Dual Capacitor $689 ( $517 with Membership ), Heavy Clean Indoor A/C Evaporative Coil $1,469 ( $1,102 with Membership ), Replace A/C Condenser Fan Motor $1,477 ( $1,108 with Membership )

My Interaction with Jonathan was very positive from the outset. He was courteous, well mannered and had a professional demeanor.
He gave me updates during the course of the system "Tune up" that I had requested and was informative and thorough in his inspection.
He supplied not only a concise report, but I was also pleasantly surprised with the many digital photos he showed me as well that were very helpful in illustrating the condition and operational status of my HVAC unit. I was very pleased with the service.

Hector Mejia and Francisco Silva did an excellent job of maintenance on my heating system. They were thorough and took care of making adjustments on the system for better performance. I hate to leave a bad review.
I have a great system way batter than what I had. It’s been six months since install and after the sales pitch and contract you realize I’ve been got.
If you get someone to come out ask for Emmanuel and his partner. They were great even looked at my tankless water heater offering to flush it out , it probably needs replacing and I know this as long as I’ve had it but I won’t be using them.
I was told I didn’t need new ducts and the ducts had were in great condition to get their new system. Install was complete but I was told I needed to replace a very large duct after contract. They honored the contract and replaced it. The room still doesn’t get as cold or warm. The same vent and here at my first maintenance that’s free according to them I’m being told the reason why is the duct that vent utilizes needs to be replaced and the powerful system may have caused a tare causing it to detach itself but the system works great.
I’m not happy and wouldn’t recommend this company for the mere fact I’m having an issue with the same area as I did before they came around, not getting heat .. now even after they inspected and installed a great new system.
You just get tired of companies doing bad business.

I scheduled an appointment with American to check my AC unit. I got an appointment set up within 3 days from my call from their friendly customer service agents. They arrived within the 2 hour window & texted me when their technician was on the way.
Cristopher Osorto showed up smiling, friendly & professional and did a thorough 2-1/2 hour inspection, showed me pictures of what he did, explained my system and suggestions, cleaned & serviced the unit. I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more knowledgeable representative. They were clear, affordable & precise. How refreshing it is to have a family owned company who truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend American AC Heat Plumbing!
