I was getting milked by my old AC guy. Every year I would need at least 1-2 visits from him while he fixed the ac. Finally got top ac to look at my situation and revealed everything that was wrong with my system. Everything was explained in detail with visual confirmation. Needless to say my guy was putting a Band-Aid on the problem to keep my AC working with a bunch of things that are not compatible. Every visit of his would cost me somewhere between $600 to $1,000.

After 3 years I finally had it. This summer of 2024 was very hot and having a preemie newborn at home makes it unacceptable to have no cooling. Top AC came to the rescue. They squeezed me in their busy summer schedule. Worked over the weekend and gave me portable ACs to cool off the house while they worked on the installation.

Itai and Frank were very quick and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Having a new system is anything but cheap. But if you get it done, get it done right with the right people.

They responded very quickly. Had an obscure problem with the heater, but Frank tracked down the problem and fixed it. He also pointed out another problem the heater had, but he did not press me to deal with it, just explained the facts and left it to my judgment. He was quite friendly and professional. Would definitely ask for him again should I have any problems in the future.

David responded immediately the day that I had a inquiry and came out that evening as soon as I got off of work. It was 100° outside and my AC was only getting up to 80 or 82. David came out and gave me an assessment that I needed a replacement unit. I did my paperwork the next day and a day later a team came out and installed a new unit. Top AC saved me! I found Top AC along with 2 other companies through Angie's List, Itai was the representative that came out to give me an estimate in our home in Tarzana for a replacement on our air conditioning unit. He truly had the best price and value, he gave a great recommendation on an energy-saving package unit.
He gave us options with really great rebates which saved us hundreds of dollars plus an additional $1500 with the rebate.
The two other company representatives that came out started their whole sales pitch about needing to replace multiple parts and didn't even discuss any rebates or energy saving units.
After comparing all three bids we were really happy and satisfied with the price that Ethan gave, the crew came out the next day and finish the job in 2 days, left absolutely no mess, they cleaned up after themselves. All of the guys were very polite and a pleasure to work with. We will also be using them for my husband's office building and warehouse for maintenance and some repairs. My sister has just used them as well. We will definitely continue to be recommending TOP AC!

We needed a level 2 electrical set up for our new EV etron Audi. Set up an appointment got a prompt appointment and the Tech came on time and called ahead to confirm. Gabriel, the tech was highly professional and organized and upgraded the necessary breakers and installed the necessary 50amp outlet and left the install in a first class condition.
