Hola, soy Yolanda Ramos. Mi experiencia es y ha sido, desde el 2020, muy, muy buena, pero, desde el pasado año mi experiencia ha mejorado aún más. El técnico, José Elías González, es espectacular!, es una persona bien profesional, educado, respetuoso, empático, en fin, un gran profesional y una gran ser humano. We did have some issues with the installation and took a couple of visits to get everything straightened out. Every time I had to call them they were here within 1 hour. I can't say enough about their customer service they are fabulous our air conditioner was down over the weekend and they put us up in a very nice hotel that took dogs. Where else do you get that kind of service. These guys are great. My air conditioner works perfectly and I am pleasantly pleased to do business with them. I'm sure that you will be just as happy if you decide to use this company

It sucked. After checking the system, the tech said i needed an entirely new system and quoted me 15K. I called Gunney AC and he checked the system. My drain line was blocked. He fixed it, and after $500.00, system is still working great several months later. (He also said I had one of the best units you could by and everything was working perfectly)

They were very professional and came right out. They answered the phone when others went straight to their voicemail or just rang and rang and never answered. The young man who came out his name was Jackson he was very kind and courteous. He was very truthful and explained everything in a very clear manner so we could understand what was wrong with our air conditioner. When the news was Dire, they gave us a way to finance so that we could get a system that was working and in reality much better than the system that we had previously installed with sears. They gave us a warranty plus a maintenance package for free, and gave us a deeply discounted system. The system was much larger than the one that we had, they came the next day and installed it and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend because they helped us out on a very hot day when we would have had no air conditioner.

Não recomendo!!! Muito decepcionado .Eu tive uma expectativa muito grande pois até hoje não havia tido problemas com essa empresa e achei que meu problema fosse ser resolvido , até que tivemos um acidente e fiquei sem ar condicionado, as vésperas de um furacão, eles me deram uma previsão de chegarem antes das 7pm, o que não aconteceu.Depois de eu enviar mensagens insistindo pela resposta tive de ligar , e me disseram que o técnico esteve em minha casa, porém eu acredito que ele não deva ter batido na porta, talvez por causa do furacão que estava a caminho, pois estava mais sofrendo com o calor e não teria razão para não atender .
Liguei novamente e disseram que não poderiam me atender mais . Não fiquei sem ar condicionado pois uma outra empresa esteve em minha casa e solucionou o problema.
MESMO EU TENDO UM MEMBERSHIP, me recusaram o atendimento, e cancelaram meu MEMBERSHIP , sem falar em devolução do meu dinheiro.
