Access finance claims to have bought my loan March 28, 2024. Did not receive this new information until April 1, 2024. I have asked for documentation of this as well as a portal to make payments that actually shows the loan amount and a declining balance when payment is made. They have not provided any information, Especially since my credit shows the original finance company, does not reflect a car loan with them. I don't think INDY does likes her job as she is extremely condescending. Also, isn't there a limit of how many times a day they can call? When I see my call log at night it is ridiculous. I can't understand why they won't provide the information I have requested. Super unhappy. any other way to make payments other than Auto pay is different charges. Wish I could post zero stars.

If your option is this company for car payments, get a bike. Super rude to deal with and they like to use fear tactics rather than normal customer service. Do not recommend - save yourself the stress and trouble.

Avi is the biggest fraud and threat to public safety, will be filing a police report immediately due to harassment. Calls from private number multiple times after he failed to appear in court in a mutual agreement that he said he'd appear representing "Access Finance Inc." to tell the judge such. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY, RUN IMMEDIATELY!!

Access is horrible they are rude and do not want to hear what you have to say, from the jump one of the guys called me and came off very rude for no reason as if i did something to him. They need to learn customer service skills , Jasmine is one of the people in the department who isn't quite brushed up on her skills as well. Never get a loan through them the car i was sold was a lemon and i tried to reason with them but they do not care as long as they have your money!!! They get 0 starts for them HORRIBLE !!!

Beware!!!!!!! If you see most ratings with one star and negative reviews that's because Access finance is the lowest of the lowest. Stay away from them. If you're involved with them it might be too late and so good luck. Even after your done paying the loan you'll have to deal with them. It's been months and I still don't have my car title. Unfortunately my loan got bought by them I did not originally went with them..I was so happy with the previous company.

Hands down the worst and most predatory company. Ignoring your phone calls unless it's close to your due date, then calling you nonstop. If you already have a loan with them, I'm sorry, and good luck.

Use a different financing company anywhere else. One that is accredited since they're not! Please save yourself from the hassle and lemons by not using this company.

I have been with Access Finance for almost two years the staff are amazing Avi deserves plenty credit he will work with no matter what your situation or income is. I have always been treated with respect they have a staff that is dedicated and ready at ant giving to answer any questions you may have. truth be told best place to purchase or lease a good quality car thus far.
