El servicio es PÉSIMO
Por 3 noches consecutivas no hicieron el servicio del cuarto, no limpiaron, no arreglaron la cama ni cambiaron toallas.
Al momento de presentar la queja en recepción la Srta. de la recepción se lavó las manos con una pésima actitud sin ofrecer ayuda a cambio más que darnos unas toallas limpias sin ni siquiera ofrecer subirlas a la habitación.

The location was excellent! The staff phenomenal! However, the room was ok. Ok because of the bathroom! The bathroom door was barn door style, it did not block the view from the sink with the mirror reflection. In other words, people can see you while they’re brushing teeth. The barn door had a glass and it was almost see-through so there was no privacy whatsoever when you took a shower. what we ended up doing was getting an extra bed sheet to cover the bathroom door glass so we can get some privacy. Big design flaw. Everything was very nice and very clean. I would recommend with the exception of the privacy on the bathroom not good when you have children in the room.

Marriott did an excellent job with this renovation. AC is one of my favorite Marriott brands and this location held true to the quality of the brand. There is highway noise so if you are sensitive to that wouldn’t recommend or ask to be on the further side. The staff and service was great. So nice to have an affordable quality stay in Summit.

Service was not good:
* our toilet and sink were not cleaned for several nights, until we called the front desk and asked them to clean them. trash also was not cleaned up or taken from the room. If it weren’t for the fact that the beds were made, I wouldn’t have known housekeeping had ever come at all.
* tissues were not refilled until calling the front desk
* housekeeping didn’t come at all our last night (not even to make our bed)
* our dirty glasses were not replaced with clean glasses ever — they weren’t even taken at all until we called the front desk about it (neither from our bar drinks nor the 2 glasses that come in the room fridge). even after our used fridge glasses were taken, they weren’t replaced
* housekeeping left a dirty cleaning rag in our room on one night.
Parking is not great. It’s an extra fee to park, but there are no benefits to it. It’s just a normal parking lot. There is no valet, it’s not covered (meaning every day requires cleaning snow and ice off the car), it’s not even plowed at the time we leave in the morning. If parking isn’t free, I’d expect a pristine parking experience. The lot is also poorly designed. Since there is no valet and no door attendant, no one is directing where cars should unload at the entrance, leading to the lot exit constantly being blocked by cars idling.
The wifi is very slow.
The TV on one night randomly played some video saying “welcome steven, (something about platinum elite)” — my name is not steven, I don’t have platinum elite status, and I have no idea who turned the tv on.
Summary: for this price, I would have expected some semblance of service.

Marriott did a great job with renovating this property. I've been coming up to this area for over a decade and recall seeing this building in various, er, "states".
But on a recent trip I decided to stay the night - based on other positive reviews I saw - and I can back those up. They did a fantastic job. Everything is clean and new. Unfortunately I didn't get to sample the bar/etc amenities downstairs but the whole lobby/bar area looked quite inviting.
For the craft beer folks that might be reading this, yes you can walk to/from Outer Range Brewing Co.

For business and pleasure, I have stayed in dozens and dozens of Marriott properties. Our recent one-night stay (initially scheduled for two nights) at AC Hotel Firsco was one of our worst experiences at a Marriott property.
Here is but a sample of the incompetence shown by the staff:
We requested extra bath towels at check-in and at least three times after that. They were never sent to the room.
We requested firmer bed pillows at check-in and at least three times after that. They were never sent to the room.
I told the front desk three times that the shower temperature was barely warm. I was told maintenance/engineering would fix this. It was never fixed.
I asked the front room to ask housekeeping to clean our room yesterday morning while we were out. It was never cleaned.
We were never informed that there would be a construction crane and crew literally outside our window. The noise made it impossible for us to relax in our room.
Just past 11 AM yesterday, my wife passed a painful kidney stone. We immediately packed to return to Denver so she could see her doctor. Upon informing the front desk and asking if we could have our second night refunded, we were told that the hotel could not do another because the full stay was prepaid and there were no exceptions. This is contrary to what we would told checking in. When we discovered that our deluxe room was facing the highway, we were told we could be moved to a standard king on the other side of the hotel and refunded the difference. Yet, after informing the front desk of my wife’s urgent medical situation, I was told that the hotel could not do anything but advise me to reach Expedia, which, after repeated tries, I never reached a human being to contact the Hotel for a partial refund.
I asked to be checked out yesterday. The front desk said I could not be checked out until this morning. I received the final charges, and, besides the second night, we were charged for a second day of parking even though we left yesterday.
I very, very rarely complain. But this stay ranks among the worst we’ve experienced!

Debra at the front desk graciously let me print a document. I was traveling through but not a guest of the hotel. She allowed me to quickly print what I needed. Thank you so much! I really appreciated her help! This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Would absolutely stay here on my way back through the area again.
