What a fantastic guitar shop!
Great vintage guitars. Great prices. Great packing and delivery. Great communication both before and after sales and would definitely recommend. In my particular case, I bought a Yamaha fg 180 from the '70s. Alan sent me loads of additional information prior to buying including photos.

Alan recently restored my 1967 Gretsch Chet Atkins Country Gentleman and then put it on sale in his shop. He is a gifted Luthier and the photographs he posted on his website acurately illustrated the binding problems that this model suffered from in the '60s and the restoration work he carried out to stabilise it so that a prospective customer was aware of the problem. He is a meticulous guy when it comes to being up front about a guitar's condition.

The guitar sold recently for the asking price and I have no hesitation in recommending Alan's business. He is a friendly, knowledgeable guy to whom I wish the greatest success.

Fabulous little shop, always has a great collection of guitars, great range from old to interesting.

I also have all my guitars maintained by Alan the owner who does great work and always goes the extra mile to make sure of a perfect job. I’ve had a neck break on a Gibson, perfect repair….. various setups and repairs.

Alan was also good enough to sell my genuine 69 Strat and got me a great price. I therefore decided to buy myself a beautiful 1956 Reissue Gibson Les Paul gold top, it came beautifully setup and has been played nonstop ever since.

I’ll definitely be back to buy more guitars in the future!
