Zoe went above and beyond to secure me a necklace that was out of stock online and kept me updated throughout the whole process. She was so lovely and helpful and made me feel so at ease knowing she was dealing with my request which she managed to resolve so quickly! Cannot recommend enough, thanks again x

Only giving one star because I can't give anything less.

After ordering online I received the wrong item, very frustrating too start with ? but after speaking with customer services they offered me a few options one was too go to my 'local' store been Trinity Store.
Upon arrive I told the lady (didn't manage to catch her name) the issue too which she was very rude and abruptly dismissed my issue. That's when Robyn came (Assistant Manager) and said "No it's ok I can sort this for you"
That filled me with promise, again explained the situation in depth and again reassured the issue would be resolved.
Robyn then started to back track and say "I don't actually know how I'm going too sort it" ......great!
Then she told me this is the 3rd this has happened recently.....apparently they can't sort out online orders, even though that was the information given too me by customer services.
She then protested that she would sort it by sending them an email 'again' which again doesn't help me.
Now I have too speak with customers services too arrange a return and re-order my correct item...Id ask for a refund but again I'd be anxious I wouldn't recieve my refund!
This is very frustrating because it was a gift that was already late...(given a delivery date but arrived later than expected albeit not Trinity's store issue but same company)
Neither store or online were great help.
Wish I had never bothered to order.
I felt Robyn didn't want to give me the time of day, she looked very rough and wanted to get rid of me quickly, too much like hard work for her!

Would 100% aviod the whole company online and in store completely.

Will I ever receive my correct order or refund is too be told......

I really love swaroski products, and i am customer for swaroski from last 2 yrs, Today i visited swaroski store in trinity centre, but not to purchase today, to make a purchase next week , or maybe i will purchase today. But staff who are working were so bad in treating customers, they were starring at me in very disrespectful manner, they don’t have smile on faces. maybe because of attire or something like( racist). their looks make me to feel so inconvenient.

judgemental and awful staff. However, during my visit to store i am using swaroski earrings anyways

I have lot of things running in my mind, likewise whether this bracelet suits on me or not because my wrist is too small, or shall i present to my mom and so on , in the meantime your staff have so irritative intuitions on me

I needed to get particular earrings for max 10 minutes, needed desperately for the present
All stuff was so nice went above and beyond. They didn’t have them in the system but the new delivery came and they decided to check just in case. Bowen is a star!! She made such a cute packing, gave me the card and envelope to write a message for my beloved. Bowen also is a very sweet to chat to❤️ They found me another box ( blue, for man) since the original one was pink. If l could l would leave 9889 starts but 5 are max, so here l go

The receipt says the name of the lady who served me is named Ariel. I just wanted to give some feedback on how lovely and helpful Ariel was. She was kind, nothing was too much trouble, she had noticed we seemed to be interested in bracelets and brought us a tray of them all to try on without us even asking so we could just see them all in one place. She provided outstanding customer service and one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to come across in a store. She also took a lot of care and attention when wrapping up the bracelet I chose. Thank you Ariel!

Customer service was 10/10. Whatsapp shop is great and very useful, as i managed to purchase an item all the way from Birmingham! Shipping was free and came next day. Very happy with my first purchase from here and will use again.

I got brilliant customer service from Adam in the Leeds Trinity store yesterday. He was fabulous in every way - part of the set I purchased for my sons wedding had broken and it was replaced immediately. Thankyou Adam you made me very happy x

Quite possibly one of the worst shops I've ever been to in terms of customer service. The moment I walked in, the till assistant looked down through their nose at us, as if I was some sort of a peasant, and I could hear another assistant in the background constantly tutting at us when asking for assistance, as if I'd asked her to bow down before me and give me a complimentary foot massage. After several attempts of trying on some rings that I liked, though none of them were my size, the same assistant started tutting again and also started huffing and puffing this time, to which point I'd had enough and decided to leave as the whole experience made me feel really uncomfortable. It felt like I was constantly under a dark cloud there as there was no warmth and welcome, just the assistants giving me nothing but the cold shoulder.
