The customer Service from Hamza was exemplary, he got me out of a pickle.

Normally I get digital receipts but could not find it on my emails to make an exchange. So he asked me details to manually find my receipt on the system. Amazingly he found it, without my email and verified it my was my purchase.

He didn’t need to do this, but he patient and a pleasant person to talk to. I will be using this as example to my future staff on what is customer service.

Place was well-organized. I asked some staff about how the discount works and if they carried the shoes I was trying to buy via their online shop. They were gracious in answering my queries.

I got a few pairs for a great deal. Cheaper than online shop. Will definitely be back to shop. Hopefully they got bags by then.

Staff who are genuinely eager to help. Thank you, Campbell (I hope I spelled your name correctly) and the woman at the entrance, who patiently explained everything and recommended a suitable model for my work. My English is not fluent, but they patiently did their best to assist me.

And a tip for anyone reading this review: ask the staff about the shoe soles so they can advise you properly. I had a model (can’t remember the name) with very slippery soles, which caused me to fall down the stairs and slip frequently outdoors when it rained.

Very disappointed, tried to buy a pair of shoes that where scanned through at £130. The staff then came up to me and said I was unable to buy them at this price as they where the "retro" version they then tried to charge me £190! I didn't buy them and left but I'm very disappointed in their pathetic excuse as to why I couldn't buy them at the advertised price

Shoes collection are very good.
Price is very cheap and lots of discounts available. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are students discounts available... which is 10%.. please carry your student ID card (if you are a student).

Return policy is also very simple and easy. I had a problem with shoes and they replaced it within a minute. Recommend There are lots of bus available from city centre.

The new store is nowhere near as good as the previous one, just along the retail park. As a few have said, there's much less choice and a lot less bargains to be found in this store, not worth the effort to travel to now.
