There are a few kind and understanding reps but majority are rude. They like the control of being in charge and making you feel bad about your debt. I didn’t feel bad. I didn’t care. Govt doesn’t help the citizens just illegals. The govt and collectors can kiss my backside. Rude and no compassion.

Do yourself a favor and google their phone number. There are law firms that bring cases for harassment against this agency 24/7. They are a "legitimate" debt collection agency who requested all communication about the debt go through them, but they refuse to provide any information that would actually be helpful in figuring out if you owe, or if it needs to be disputed. As part of a business I have to be accountable for more than myself and if money is going out it needs to be accounted for, which their processes don't allow.
The reason everyone thinks it's a scam is they want you to PAY RIGHT NOW without helping you to understand if it's legitimate which is EXACTLY what scammers do. Robert or whoever I talked to on the phone was great and is the only reason they don't get 1 star because it's not his fault. Don't be mean to the customer service agents. It's the defunct corporate leadership that put's these terrible processes in place and make it seem like a cynical money grab.

I do not know who these people are they keep spamming me with credit card debt I do not even have I literally do not have a credit card I’m a newly turned adult I honestly think this place is a scam

SOMEONE ELSE'S DEBT
Miss PAULA COOPER is calling everybody that she can and giving out all of his information. I have the debt invoice. His social security number, his Home address. We are not involved. I have not been with him for 15 years and his estrange son as well.
She finds us on social media gets our contact information and then harasses us for something we have no part of.
Creditors, Like Miss PAULA COOPER are well aware of the statutes explaining you are not allowed to give out personal information on someone else's debt.
I truly wish the higher-ups would see this but they do not.It's no wonder this site has such horrible reviews as the people that work for this company are Little tyrants. Self entitled peopleThat think that they can go around harassing peoplr for someone else's debt.
The complaints against this company are MOSTLY about the harassment of people NOT INVOLVED!
I am currently filing a federal/state against miss PAULA COOPER and the company she works for, as this practice is illegal. I can take all his info and do anything with it. SHE GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEED!!

<> I recently was contacted by this company concerning an outstanding balance I had form a college I'm attending. I was very cordial with them as I know that collectors have a hard time collecting previous debts that are owed. I vowed not to give them a hard time and to work with them as they were doing for me. So the problem I have is that I agreed with them on a payment plan of every two weeks which I fulfilled religiously. Today I checked my credit bureau as I'm in the process of buying a house and I found out that placed a collections/ late mark on my credit. I was never told this would happen. If I knew this would happen I would have paid them off sooner. I know this review may fall on deaf ear but service need to be better. PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER OF WHAT MAY HAPPEN IF THEY DON'T PAY UPFRONT.

Wow - this company is unbelievable. My son took classes at the local CC and received a bill on his "CC email address" which he didn't know he had. The OG bill was $556.50. We received a paper bill from the Collections Agency on Saturday, when I went online to pay, there was an additional $62.64 added as a collection fee. The person I spoke to on the phone couldn't say the name of the company correctly. It's ACCESS, not ASSESS. She wouldn't waive the $62.64 fee that was assessed since 10/23 when this bill was received. Anyway, it's paid. I am disappointed that NOVA wouldn't have sent a PAPER Bill before sending this to collection & they will be getting a nasty review from me also.

The woman I was dealing with through my place of employment harrassed me on a daily basis. She attempted to call my supervisor stating that she hadn't heard from me even though I left her multiple voicemails. I will NEVER use this business for any service. ZERO stars; they do not even deserve one star.

Called about an alleged unpaid telecom bill that was set up on autopay with the telecom company (who never contact me about said bill whatsoever).

Would not accept payment via the same method the telecom company had been using the entire time.

Logged into telecom account, found that there was no balance due.

Shady.
