Service over the phone has been great, delivery is timely and I receive confirmations on when items are delivered. Doesn't get any better than that! They send free cookies but I unfortunately I haven't got a chance to try them.

These guys always do a great job and always have insane turnaround time. I get all of my Rockland gloves from them. Their delivery guy George is super friendly and helpful as well.

My company uses Powerpak and I deal with Nicole Basie a lot because of invoicing and needing a Proof of delivery tickets. A lot of vendors I call always make me wait forever or make it seem like I’m being a pest. With Nicole I just email her anytime I need a proof of delivery and it’s never a problem and I get it with 5 to 10 minutes. She is truly great and I just wanted to say Thank you for being pleasant and doing a good job.
