Harry the Owner of Depot Auto Sound was one of the worst professional experiences I have ever encountered. He has no professional courtesy for his clients.... He is abusive to his employees (stated by them directly).... I was a paying customer and for the time of our business relationship was treated in a disrespectful and undermining manner.... I will NEVER REFER THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON AND HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.... This man went as far as to call me a raving lunatic when I voiced my opinion to him in a professional manner... and when I asked, did you just call me a lunatic? he states "I call it as I see it"...... HARRY IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL... COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT..... And carries an unethical business practice with no integrity and extremely poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately because of a recent incident I was forced to install an interlock system in my vehicle. I already paid my debt to society.... Paid for the incident including all fines accompanied by it and to add rumor to insult had to deal with this unprofessional man and his business. Not only did he humiliate me in front of other clients (who were at his location for reasons not related to a DUI charge) but the experienced encountered with installing an interlock device at this organization is dreadful. He has no consideration towards you as a customer let alone a decent human being... He has no sense of courtesy towards his paying clients and he has no business running an organization as he presently is... I strongly advise you to go to another facility if you require an interlock device or any auto sound equipment. He charges $80 a month which sounds appealing.. There are locations you can go to for about $100 a month and you wont even have to return to the facility to calibrate your device. I once had to drive back three hours while on vacation with my family because the device malfunctioned and locked me out which would've subsequently left me stranded had I not driven back to re-calibrate... HE THEN HAD THE ORDASITY TO CHARGE ME THE RE CALIBRATION FEE WITHOUT CONSIDERATION AFTER HIS OWN PEOPLE ADMITTED THE WRONG SOFTWARE WAS INSTALLED CAUSING IT TO LOCK OUT WHILE IGNORING THE FACT THAT I HAD JUST INTERRUPTED MY VACATION AND DROVE THREE HOURS TO HIS LOCATION TO "FIX" THE PROBLEM....... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER LOCATIONS THAT OFFER GREAT SERVICE... Furthermore he doesn't even cater to the average working citizens... His calibration days are two days out of the month (Monday's and Thursday's) and he will not see anyone past 4pm on a weekday.... Most people work 9-5 pm and again to add rumor to insult if your late and/or have to re-schedule, he'll charge you a late fee without considering the fact that you may be a working professional with a family!!!!
