The lady that works there wouldn't even talk to me, she would just talk about me as if I wasn't there and just decided to make small talk when I was already paying. Probably because I look smaller and wasn't wearing my best outfit (at an airport) than the guy she was betting was going to buy a pen and after he heard the total amount left the place.

I was at the Dallas airport on 7/12 looking for a gift for my wife. The manager Clarissa was so helpful. She has a great knowledge of the products and assisted me in picking a gift my wife loves. If you happen to be going thru the DFW airport you should stop in and check out the store. You will be impressed to say the least. And hopefully you will get to talk to the manager.

Not even a hello. My wife and I walked in with my daughter yesterday to browse. The staff stood silent and almost frozen as we browsed. Not even a hello! I finally looked at one guy and said hello... he awkwardly mumbled hello. I may have been dressed in a flannel, hiking pants, etc., on my way to Bozeman but funny how they didn’t notice my wife and I wearing Mont Blanc watches! Not everyone that buys your products looks a certain way. I was thinking of adding to my pen collection. I have purchased over 15 in the past 10 years, including wallets, bags, and yes our matching watches. I will never shop there again. Your customer service needs work.

I went in to the shop on the morning of July 10th. (Hoping that the manager/owner can see who was working then, so they know who their rock-star employee is.) I'd forgotten my cufflinks, but needed a set for an important meeting that I was heading to. The young man who was working there was incredibly friendly and helped me pick out a new set. Phenomenal customer service!
