Spend lots of money on my wife yearly here and loving giving her gifts from this company. Got her a watch for Christmas that was too big. We called the hurst location to ask about watch sizing and they said we can do that in minutes bring it right in. When we got there, the girl in the front gave us and the watch a 2 second look asked if we purchased it at that location (which we got it online from the company.) She then proceeded to tell us since we didn’t buy it in store if she damaged it while sizing it she wouldn’t be able to replace the item and sent us to Macy's after we had to ask where can we go to get it sized then. In the last 5 years I’ve spent $9,000+ on things for her from this company and we are mad at how we got treated today.

I ordered a handbag on 12/12 for pickup at this store. Called on 12/12 they told me they needed a confirmation email and it should show up on 12/13. Called on 12/13 and they sold the handbag on 12/12. Come on now!!

A high end bags and accessories store in North East mall. Well know classic and trendy designs and styles. Being the big brand the prices are very expensive. The store is well maintained, decorated and clean. Staff is very professional and courteous. Its located in the center court.

I just want to say I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store and the sales associate was so nice and helpful. She even went back a few times to pick up different bags for me to look at because I couldn't decide between the gold or the silver hardware. Love my purse, and will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

I went to this store to exchange a wallet my husband gave me as a gift. The customer service there was very poor. The ladies were arrogant and dismissive. They kept saying it had been bought at an outlet store, I pointed out that in the receipt there was no way to know this. They said I should have called the number on the receipt to be sure if it was a regular store or outlet. Terrible experience!

WORST customer service ever at this location!! And the return policy is ridiculous!! I just bought my husband and wallet a few days ago. Which they do not carry in store the only reason they had it is because someone else had returned it there from an online purchase. Anyways I bought the wallet giving it to my husband as an early Christmas gifts! The card slots are too small for even his ID or debit cards to fit into it. So I wanted to return it only to find out that even when you pay cash anything over $100 has to have a check mailed to you which takes 4-6weeks!! Christmas is in 5days!!! Now we are stuck with a $130 wallet that is pretty much a waste because it can't be used for its intended purposes! I have called multiple Michael Kors stores none carry men's wallets. And the return policy is ridiculous when do you ever buy anything in this store for under $100 Very rarely!!

Picked up something for my girlfriend and I was blown away by this place! You may thing going direct is not as good as buying this product from other stores and its not. They even wrapped it all up in a nice box and bag and I didnt have to worry about that part at all. Talking about wining the boyfriend of the year award! Seriously this is the ultimate gift to a girl and if you really care about her and want her to feel like she is the most important person in the world, this is the ticket!!!
