THEIFS AND LIARS the guy (moe) first sold me a used speaker that was the complete wrong one then he ordered me a new one which was also the same one just new. And he’s telling me he’s not gonna refund me. Dudes a joke and a scam artist, do what ever he’s gotta do to make money. Absolutely scum

They did my truck with amp and custom box subs to fit in the back. over a year ago. I love my music and have never had any problems. Still works great !! Just got my new car done today and it sounds soooo good. ! Definitely worth it, great service and quality. Will recommend and if I get another car I'll be back !

The CD changer on my wife's car died, so I purchased a replacement unit and brought it by to see if he could swap in the new unit. It turned out that the new unit had a differently sized faceplate so it wouldn’t fit. He attempted to swap faceplates, but that didn’t work either due to the internal wiring. So at my request he trimmed back the plastic faceplate to make it fit, and got everything installed and working perfectly. He went above and beyond to figure out how to make this work, and even after all the extra hassle he charged me the same amount he had quoted over the phone. I was really impressed and highly recommend Stereo Plus!

Did my speakers for me!! He was very professional with me and my friend. Explain the process to us. Overall, he was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend his service, as he does an excellent job!!!!

Went to stereo plus in Cincinnati, paid 1400 and is not satisfied with my audio work I had done.. paid for an extra battery, that was recommended by Moe, the owner and my amp still shut off. Bad amp& speakers!!! Will not do business with them ever again, and neither should anyone else.. I should have seen the red flag when he said all sales are final and no refunds..

Been thinking about tinting my windows for several years, but finally did it last week. I called around several places to check pricing, and this place was the most affordable. Gave me my choices, I gave him the key & returned in about an hour to what I consider and upgraded vehicle! ?

I went here as a referral from friend and they got me in at last minute notice, finished my car in an hour and the guy Sammie, who actually did the tint was AWESOME!!! He made sure that before he put my tint on that I was satisfied with what I was going to get. Showed me another car as an example and then walked me back after he was done to check his work. Even though i was basically a walk in customer, he took the time to make sure I was happy. He is a great asset to have at that company and did exceptional work. My car looks great and I was treated well. As long as the tint lasts a while, I will be back!!

UPDATE (8 MONTHS LATER) tint is perfect!! Still happy.

2ND VISIT:I love this place!!! Sammie and the owner are always so nice and always give great advice. I have had 2 vehicles tinted here, and multiple friends have come here as well. The prices can't be beat for the service and quality you get. I've had my first car tinted for a year so far and I've had no bubbles, scratches or issues. still looks brand new!! If you're looking to have your car worked on, definitely come to stereo plus!!!
