I am very upset with this company. I own a restaurant, and my walk-in cooler wasn’t working, so I called them every day. They sent different technicians from their company almost 3-4 times, but none of them could figure out the problem. Instead, they started blaming their own employees, saying, “He didn’t do that correctly, I did it.”

Despite this, they still couldn’t repair the cooler and then sent me a large bill, claiming I had to pay because they came multiple times. My question is: why couldn’t they fix it? Finally, I switched to a different company that actually had the knowledge and expertise to solve the issue.

Honestly, this company is not worth it. Don’t waste your money on them.

I hate to reply to you again, but once more, this is a shameful act on your part. You gave me a number with the hope that it would resolve my issue, but it didn’t work at all. I called three times, and when they finally connected me, I had no idea who I was speaking to. Instead of listening to my concerns, they kept deflecting and avoiding the issue.

Eventually, I spoke to someone named Mac.. She told me directly that the bill would be sent to the collections department. In the end, I paid a huge amount for nothing.

Please be careful with them next time if they offer you any kind of hope or solution because they are not going to help you at all. I sincerely hope I never have to deal with them again in my life.

Pine Tree Food Equipment Is a great find and one that anyone in the restaurant business should have on speed dial. The entire staff are courteous, friendly, thoughtful and interested in your circumstances while offering professional advice and services at a fair price in a very timely manner. They are dependable and reliable and extremely competent, but most importantly if you need assistance immediately they are there for you. You will be so pleased and your stress will be completely relieved. A trusted asset for any business!

If you want to get ripped off feel free to reach them . They will put every nickel & dime on your account for things you didn’t asked for and service not requested . Pine tree whole business model is to make money from restaurants for not doing anything & bill them because they don’t have much options to choose for repair . Learn to make a honest living by not ripping off the customers who trust you with their work.

These folks are the absolute best! Elgin and Denise in the home office and Tyler (I think, I was not here) who came out…. Got us up and running fast with a dead dishwasher this week. We have been using these guys for everything kitchen related and they never let us down. Quality work, timely manner and they do exactly what they say they will do. They are not the cheapest around but, they save us money in the long run due to the quality and timeliness of their work and service…

I called them a month ago .. today is ( 9/10/2022)and still my refrigerator is not fixed yet! they sent their technician 5 times already and they charged me a lot of money
Their technician said need to replace controller and order the part and replace it but didn’t work… took 2 weeks.. and they don’t know what to do and don’t say anything about it!! Poor communication and poor service..only small job you can count but big one no no no !!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The techs I’ve had work on our stuff have been good, but the business side of things are zero stars. Charging for services not needed, cocky service manager, not refunding un necessary charges, not showing up to perform services, no call back on emergency calls. It’s very unfortunate I don’t know of another service in the area providing this service.
