Once Marra's got my insurance figured out, things went well. I did feel that the staff could have been more helpful on the phone, and I was given an appointment to pick up the cpap machine only after going into the place in person and asking about my situation. The nurse gave me a thorough explanation of how to use and care for the machine. She is excellent.

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. these people are the worst at customer support. The first time I called they said they'd call back, I asked if they had me number and they said no!? I've been trying to get a C-pap machine for 2 weeks now and I still don't have an appointment. 3 doctors have told me I need this machine and have sent the prescription for it but apparently they need to go over every single detail about me before they can even schedule me to pick it up. Meanwhile I'm literally losing sleep over it.

Communication is extremely poor. 6 months to get a custom wheelchair and it does not fit properly and so my husband cannot use it safely. Trying to get the situation resolved. We were told to find someone to cut and sew the seat fabric, not acceptable for a brand new, nearly $4k, custom piece of equipment. Now the phone just rings when we call. Do go elsewhere, even if it is a longer drive.

While on vacation in the Adirondacks I realized I left the hose for my CPAP machine at home. The people at Marra's Homecare were very helpful in getting me the right part for my machine and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for saving my vacation!

I agree with the previous reviewer: They deserve a zero. This place should be illegal. Do NOT go there if you suffer from sleep apnea. Switch to Lincare as soon as your insurance allows it.
