Tried to rent a drill for 2 hours to install a TV, first rep was very nice and told me $40 per day which was reasonable but that they might be able to install the TV themselves, put me on with other rep and wow, tried to pressure me to pay him $350 (could just buy a new TV with that money) to install something and kept trying to make it sound more complicated than it is… lastly, when I explained I have no interest in paying $350 he continues to try and dissuade me from my decision rudely and hung up abruptly at the end, very much was trying to take advantage of the situation rather help the customer, will not be using their services due to the pushy and inconsiderate nature

Don't be intimidated by the tall shelves and tight aisles. Despite the small size they have almost anything you could need. The staff was very knowledgeable about all of the hardware there and helped us choose the right mounting hardware for our TV. We had to come up with a custom solution and they got us everything we need. They even tried to save us money by selling us a different tool than we thought we needed (and what we ended up buying did the job just as well).

This place was incredible with my key copy issue. They gave me their cell number so I could send a picture of the key and confirm they had it before making the trip down. Alan was so kind, giving me a great price + discount because he knew the low-income clinic I was making the keys for. A warm, lovely environment - even though it's far from me, I'm coming back here if I need anything hardware or locksmithing related!

Being from out of town my expectations were low when it came to hospitality. But here they helped me with my very specific request quickly and effortlessly. They even helped me with setup in the store to make sure I was 100%. Great Mom n Pop shop, wish I had one like this back home.

Came in to get copies of keys. The staff was knowledgeable and did it very quickly and for a low price. The only issue is that one of the keys was accidentally copied twice, and the other not copied at all.

This was an easy fix, as I simply came in again, explained the issue, and they fixed the problem free of charge.

I recommend going here for any task to be done quickly and for a good price. And it's a cute shop!
