Would give 0 Starts if i could..... Called to get some 12MM Chrome shaft for a job and inquired about what size it would end up... requested a size and was told "we don't have time to go and measure it" then after placing the order inquired about shipping and making arrangements with a preferred freight contact. this request was met with problems never experienced any other source. Then received a call from another person I assume is the boss (the guy mentioned before didn't have the time) and rejected the order claiming "I don't think you will be happy with the material giving your expectations" I never gave him expectations just assumed it would come in within the tolerance he gave me. This company will never receive another call from my company and we will advise anyone looking to purchase from them to look elsewhere. Their customer service lacked professionalism and didn't care about their customers needs
