We were here for a pick up headed towards Canada. The forklift staff had no sense of talking. The guy who was loading the stuff almost damaged the load which was already there on the truck. I have been in the trucking industry for the last 3 years and haven’t had such a rude experience. It seemed like these guys owned the business. Truckers please be careful while you are coming here. Please ask for a manager to be present at the time you are loading up so he/she put these guys in their place. I would request the management to please take action against them.

SafeRack has incredible customer service and a great sales team. We had a little issue with our procurement and SafeRack logistics, but it was resolved promptly. I couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service and how they made my delivery a top priority. Excellent!

Safe Rack is a great company, and they make a great product. Not only will they help you with a new install but can also help with upgrading existing platforms to meet the ever changing needs of the industries they serve. I would give 5 stars however early on last year I had a lot of communication issues with them but after a chat with the companies higher ups the issue has since been resolved and I feel that so far the customer support has been much better than my first experience. Should this trend continue on well into 2019 I will gladly amid and provide a five star review.

The safety gates we ordered will be used for access platforms on multiple tanks and to keep all opening closed for safety while personnel is on the platform. The safety gates are really nice and the versatile mounting options and adjustable opening allow me several options. This safety gate product could be used elsewhere if we ever decide to move it.

Taelor was awesome. She had great follow up time and any questions I had she had an answer for! We have ordered a couple of these from you guys, great product. A delivery truck took out the one we put in earlier in the year.

Ordering my gangway and cage was easy, and it was delivered and arrived in a timely manner. The only issue I had was with the department that handles calculating taxes and shipping costs. This caused delays in me receiving my final quote before ordering and my invoice after shipping.

Have used several of their systems. Getting parts from them is difficult. We have recently been told that they don't support products that are more than 10 years old. They do this based on the serial number of the unit. So after 10 years, they are expecting you to buy a new unit. As for me, It won't be from them. A very dissatisfied customer.
